Hilde's father, the king of Wolfkrone was driven mad by the Evil Seed and was locked away in a tower in the Wolfkrone castle. This forced Hilde to take up the mantle of ruler of Wolfkrone and also its defender from the attacking forces of Ostrheinsburg, a nearby castle where Nightmare and the malfested gathered.
Stage 1: Creature of the Night
-Raphael (Malfested)
-Auguste (Raphael's Servant)
-Marienbard (Raphael's Servant)
Stage 2: Dwellers of the Demonic Capital
-Astaroth (Trying to steal Soul Edge for himself)
-Voldo (Believes he is following the orders of Vercci, but was actually being manipulated by Soul Edge)
-Shadow (Voldo's Servant)
Stage 3: The Deep (Bonus Character)
-Scheherazade (Once was in love with the founder of Wolfkrone)
Stage 4: Minions of the Cursed Sword
-Tira (Trying to find a new host for Soul Edge)
-Sophitia (Forced to protect Soul Edge so her daughter Pyrrha can live)
-Solnhofen (Once a member of the Birds of Passage, a European assassination organisation now a servant to Tira)
Stage 5: Azure Knight Nightmare
-Nightmare (The wielder of Soul Edge)
Hilde is accompanied by Gerhilde. Her personal Bodyguard
The ending should fade to black and then show the text but for some reason, it doesn't. It can be interesting to see what goes on behind the scenes though
