If my Registered address & the Warehouse are 2 different places & I have Fassi for my Registered Address. Do I need to take Fassi for my warehouse separately? I am supposed to do that from the beginning as a whole new license? or the warehouse can be added as an additional address in my existing Fassi license? Please guide
Yes as per FSSAI act you have to take food license for every location from where you operate your business or doing any kind of business activity

Sir I have applied for license for turnover upto 12 lakh which is Form A the officer is telling to upload Form B i.e for more than 12 and on call they replied you have applied for registration and not licence
Form A is for basic registration for turnover upto 12 lakhs if you comes under this category then tell him and you comes under state license category then you have to apply for state license
If i have a normal licence and my turnover now exceeds 20L so do i have to take state licence or renewal of licence will work
As per FSSAI act if your turnover cross their threshold limit (12 Lacs) then you should go for State license.
In GST the threshold limits are 20 lakhs and 40 lakhs.

One more doubt is if we have to apply for state registration then from fosco we can apply directly or from the same id pw that was made at the time of normal registration
