Bhai bina starter ke tubelight isliye jalti rehti hai kyuki jo starter hai wo bas phase aur neutral ko shot karke choke ke andar high voltage create karna. To starting me choke ka voltage 700 se 800 volt ke beech hota hai par baad me wo jab tubelight ka resistance karne lagta hai tab uska voltage low ho jata hai aur wo tubelight ke resistance ka kam karta hai aur high voltage phir aane ki jarurat nahi hai kyuki tubelight jalti rehti hai aur starter ka kam bhi pura ho jata hai
