The horizontal bands are from your shutter speed/frame rate being out of sync with the light source. Your overhead lighting is probably flickering so fast you cant see it and the camera is picking it up. I'd try setting the camera's frame rate to 30fps and shutter speed to 60 and see if that helps. Great video tho
