Tony's Travels- how did Louis get started? He hasn't done a FAQ video or anything has he? How would one start traveling the world on the cheap? Work in each town long enough to pay for the next stop?
Well I saved up for a year and that was enough to get me from the UK through Russia, China, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand twice, Myanmar and into Australia where I am now working a little bit to help me travel around the country. There are so many places and opportunities around the world to make money if you need to top up your travel fund. It's a lot easier then some people think. Louis is the wrong person to watch if you want to know about traveling on the cheap, I don't think I can remember him ever staying in a Hostel for starters.
Silje Nilsen I visited Gran Canaria in December! My 1st time not just in Gran Canaria, but in Spain. Sadly I went there before I started my own "FunForJohn" channel, so no videos, but have just finished filming Japan, which was fun.

Lily F You can get some good deals (at times) via BA to Maui (around £600 return if you are lucky). I think UK (particularly London) is a great hub for frequent travelers, you can get anywhere from Heathrow or Gatwick and there are plenty of good deals.
Lol this vlog reminded of Louis' days on the boom bus where everyday there would be some crises with the bus. Now it's problems with flying a plane, natural progression I suppose.
Last month I went on a vacation to Portugal and our flight to Portugal was canceled once, so we were rebooked by the company for another flight (24 hours later). On our way back our flight was canceled 4 times! We were also rebooked 4 times and had some other issues with our connecting flight. It was SO annoying! This all because of a pilot strike from TAP Portugal airways they didn't even tell us about before we left. :( Portugal was great though ;D

South Africans(whom I watch and have met) are so chilled and laid back. Even when they are having serious troubles and are in tension, they look like they are sitting on the beach at sunset and drinking cocktails. Better than frantically running around the room, sweating and calling up everyone you know in the World for a plane LOL. I like that attitude. Big up to people with this attitude!! My Life Is Boris I may sound like a broken record but anyone can do it. I quit my day job a few months ago with the goal to visit every country (and yes, GoPro film it for youtube). You only need to have enough resources to start. Things have a tendency to sort themselves out, the most difficult bit is taking the 1st step.

I don't have any money (I'm still studying in college and with a small part time job) and it is quite difficult to go everywhere with only a few bucks in your account. But I do plan to travel when I finish my studies. Maybe someday I'll do the same thing but for now I'm only jealous :P
My Life Is Boris You are still young and have plenty of time. Just remember Tim Ferriss quote: "Someday" is a disease that will take your dreams to your grave with you. So once you have the bare minimum to start, just go for it, there will never be the right time or the perfect bank balance. All the best!
