Update (Firmware) XLRS Transmitters and Joysticks from DMDStudio

In this example we will update the XPAD3 Transmitter and the Joysticks (JOY3L and JOY3R) from DMDStudio.
Note: The same update can be done for XPAD2, GCSD4 and similar XLRS Transmitters.
