🌞 Hi, welcome to I RUN THINGS. My name is Suzie, and I REALLY, REALLY like running.
I am a 50 year old woman with aspirations of becoming a much faster runner (yes, one of those who would LOVE to qualify for Boston), who is a content creator by night and a Business Analyst at a Fortune 100 company by day.
I am a transplant from Madrid, Spain, into the NE USA, and am married to a classical composer. Also, our son is studying to be an Aerospace Engineer, and our dog... well, our dog is just our spoiled little fur baby.

Congrats! Looks like the half marathon course is the better part of the marathon course. Glad you got a medal. I read that they were 2,000 medals short on Saturday and will be mailing to those who didn't get one.
Yeah. It was on the local news here. That was a faux pas. They were completely sold out and I think they were surprised about that. Not an excuse. You should know how many bibs you sold and order as many medals

From the 3 halfs in Philadelphia, this is the one with the nicest course. When you do PA for your 50 states I'd highly recommend this one

was the half course super hilly? I know you also ran the AC half. I was wondering which was more hilly?
Oh the AC half is VERY flat. There is one tunnel and one overpass but that is it.
Philly half has 800ft according to my garmin

Do you have used running shoes? After watching your videos, I became interested in life. But I don't have enough money to buy shoes that I use for my life. If possible I would kindly request you to provide me with a pair of used running shoes that can be used
