Good that they didn’t change the climax. That’s why it was one of thalaajith’s best movies
Actually the alternate climax wasn't shot, But it was re-edited from a sad to happy ending using the Scenes and Shots which already shot in the Movie as well as Song. In the original climax Ajith Kumar gave up his dream of becoming a music director by preferring to go for a job in order to support his family, So after his conversation with Manivannan the movie ends with showing Ajith Kumar walking away.
But, In the new climax When Ajith Kumar leaves Manivannan after the conversation a caption appears mentioning few years later and The Screen gets faded moves to the next scene in which Ajith Kumar is shown standing along with Raghuvaran where K. Vishwanath blesses Ajith Kumar, Ajith Kumar Becomes a music director and Conducts the recording sessions in the recording room where Vivek and Manivannan were watching the recording session, Audiences Applauds and Receives his music well, Ajith Kumar listens to his music while mixing it, Ajith Kumar happily spends his time with his family members by playing a flute and Finally Ajith Kumar and Jyothika were shown romantically together.
Even in Kireedam's alternate climax Ajith Kumar becoming a police officer, He majestically walks while receiving Applauds from all the people and Salutes from all the police officers around for single handedly catching the prisoners who attempted to escape from prison and He stops and Looks as Raj Kiran who also salutes him along with the police officers and Smiles at him as a proud father, To which Ajith Kumar also smiles at him. This scene was already shot in the movie which was actually the dream of Raj Kiran which shown at the beginning of the movie, So this scene was re-edited as the new climax showing that both dreams of Ajith Kumar and Raj Kiran have been become true.
Nope climax was CHanged But they SHow that as Ajith wins in the end same was with Kreedom FIlm also they used some earlier used scenes and Made the new climax for both these films
