The headset is great for people with big heads that break other sets, but the mic crapped out in 3 months and I haven't travelled with it or anything, no tight spaces or drops. Buy a 40$ turtle beach set and it will last 5 years.

H20 Ear Pads Replacement Ear Cushions Compatible with Mpow H20 Bluetooth Headphones Earpads Earmuffs Parts , Use those pads, they are the exact size, just remove the pads by removing the plastic from the back of the pads without the magnets falling off, put the new pad on and glue the plastic back on the back and that's it.

The ear pads ARE NOT magnetic, they are the same as every other shitty ear pad at least on this one, got it for 8 bucks at an auction that sells amazon returns. It's good enough as a backup.
