My ex filed for divorce and told the courts we were separated but than moved back in my house and than made sure she had the only key to the mail box that was a community mailbox down the street so when the day that we were supposed to get a divorce in sb county I showed up just incase she was going to pull a fast one on me but the case wasn’t on the docket so I was relieved and thought oh we’re alright she still loves me than come out to find out later the courts mailed documents set for another date and made it seem like I didn’t respond and was issued everything and the worse of all she took my kids and even with filing for custody she never allowed me to have them and got me for child support (child support doesn’t enforce visitation they just worry about $) and I owe so much due to her getting me fired from every job I got and even though we were separated. All because I slapped my b one time when I was drunk and didn’t even remember what I did and she was screwing around with her bosses son. That happened in 05
