Cassey will you pls make a workout routine for us women during period🥺 idk abt anyone else but my body feels sluggish with slight cramp during the first 3 days of period and some back pain as well. Would be nice to hv some moves with stretches to relieve the pain and still burn some calories at the same time!
I do her anti-bloating cardio on those days, and it really helps! The routine doesn’t have the stretches you might be looking for, but it’s a great workout to get you moving while staying on the gentler side.

Idk why but I on my first two days I prefer to do these type of workouts over slow strechy ones. I feel like the constant ab pressure helps relieve the cramp pain...and with easier workouts I can still feel the cramps and they keep distracting me. Might just be my approach but if you haven't tried it maybe do so and see for yourself what works best. And if you need some easier yoga videos I recommend Boho Beautifuls Nama'stay in Bed.
Day 20 complete, checking this one off is gonna feel extra special. Such a intense but thrilling workout. This is Def one of Cassey's toughest cardio workouts. I can't belive we are so close to finishing the challenge. And I actually did 20 days of workouts and didn't take any breaks in between aside for the 15 mins lol. Starting 2021 strong. Congrats everyone, we did it. We made it to the end, tomorrow we stretch and we completed the 21 day tone challenge.
This is the second workout I finished after a long hiatus. I remember when your workout videos were sometimes 7 to 8 minutes long and then we have to repeat it 3 more times. I used to hate that format and one of the reasons I haven't done any of the videos for a while. I honestly like this new format with being with us for the whole workout and please don't go back.
It's videos like these that remind of how Cassey is just a machine but every time I do it I take fewer breaks. Thanks for being such an inspiration Cassey!
Ever since doing your 100 AbChallenge in 2019 I've been working out regularly. Today I was able to finish this workout without a break and it wasn't even that hard. That makes me really happy and proud. So thank you Cassey for your great workouts and for always motivating me!

*(21 day tone challenge - january, 23rd, 2021 - Third Week!)* I felt weak today so I had to take quite a lot of breaks. I somehow managed to make it to the end but OH MY GOD, that sweet sound at the end of the workout... To tell you the truth, today's cardio was so hard that I wanted to cry.
Revisiting this in 2024 and I'm so out of shape, I was considering giving up after Round 2, but I'm so glad I pushed through because I was more motivated in Round 3 to finish the complete workout!! For anyone thinking of stopping partway through, you got this! Even if you have to use modifications, just watch/listen to Cassey to use proper form and you can do it!

Day 20, with an Endometriosis/IBS flareup and I can't belive I dit it! Had to take a few breaks but I am so proud of myself right now! And so thankful for this challenge. Working out is one of the few things that help with my pain

I am doing this cardio tone for second time. In the first week i stopped by first round . This time i completed full rounds .. girl i feel accomplished ❤️ . Even if i am having a ligament sprain i did everything . My mind was saying let's stop it.. but i didn't i took a 5min break and started doing the rest. Even after finishing the workout i was continuosly sweating for 15 min . You just motivated me to do this workout girl. Thank you cassey ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I did this shortly after getting out of bed (after doing a warm-up video) because I knew - I KNEW - if I put it off for later in the day, it would never get done. Nothing like being a sweaty mess on the floor before breakfast! Thank you, Cassey! I'm also thankful my dumbbells did not crash on me or the floor or go flying through the ceiling.
I've done one week of your 21 days so far and I definitely feel better overall. Better posture, can cope with the soreness (after day 3) and trying to eat right. My heart was beating fast, cause I love workouts like this. I couldn't do all of the exercises due to my avocado hand. Btw, burpee front raise is my favourite combo move of all times, gives me the best results. For workouts so far I'm using wrist weights or just simply holding dumbbells with my forearms. No matter what, I keep moving and because I've been working out with Cassey for so long I always enjoy the process. Thank you.
Oh my gosh Cassey, I can honestly say this is one of the most intense workouts I’ve EVER done!!! I kept wanting to quit or take a mini break but seeing you up on the TV pushed me to keep moving! You are such a motivation, thank you for pursuing your passion everyday!! Day 8 checked off😁✅
small reminder: you don't have to use weights as heavy as Cassey´s for this / you don't need to use weights at all. I am getting back into it after two very busy weeks and super light weights (1-2 kg each) worked very well to get me sweating :)
FINALLY getting to these 21 minute videos (I did PIIT 1.0-3.0 for January-June). I'm pairing these workouts with 2 rounds of PIIT from the PIIT starter calendar. Awesome workouts! After doing all that PIIT, I wasn't expecting this video to be that hard--but it's amazing what adding weights will do! Thanks Cassey, great workout!!!
I was hesitant about the new use of weights and bands but I am loving these 2021 workouts - definitely bringing my workout to the next level and bringing me back to the strength I used to have when I lifted regularly. Thanks for being brave Cass and giving us something different to challenge us!

I thought Cassey was going easy on us with just 21 minutes a day in Jan 2021... then this workout appeared and absolutely KILLED me. Proud I got through it!
My first week doing this one, it wiped me out and I had to take longer breaks in between each move, this is now my second week of doing the 21 day challenge everyday and now I can do this so much easier and for longer. I just weighed myself too and I have already lost weight, it's been 11 days! I'm sleeping better, I have more energy and I feel strong. I'm sore as hell, but I'm doing this and I'm so damn proud! Thank you so much Cassey for making this digestible and thank you to my friend Becky for encouraging me to do this, #workoutbuddiesforlife !
This is one of the workouts that i dread seeing on the monthly calendar. I generally pause the video and take long breaks between rounds. Today I decided to not pause between the gorst two rounds, just to see how far i can push my mind. Then halfway through the second round, i decided to not pause before the third round. I essentially did the entire workout in one go without pausing. Dont get me wrong; I was dead halfway through it, and my form was terrible and I had to modify various moves. But it still felt nice to challenge myself, especially because I'm struggling with accepting my body after gaining a considerable amount of weight for the first time in over 7 years and falling off the workout bandwagon a few times over. Good luck to anyone reading this. We got this 💪
Wow that was an incredible challenge. I'm pretty conditioned so it's hard to get my heart rate in the 160s and it peaked at 166!! That burpee move was crazy and I love it. Thanks for another quick and effective cardio workout. xoxo
Hot biscuits, this is great! Cassey doing weights brought me back into the fold. I strayed a few months ago, exploring mma and other types of cross training. But I am back home now baby!
"Be careful with that weight!" My water bottle dropping on the floor out of nowhere... Cassey, you are a superwoman. How do you keep talking & laughing?! (Experience & strength, I know). That was a very torturous cardio workout. Felt nice seeing the end of it haha, I had to take breaks
I was dripping sweat sobbed hysterically after this workout. Thank you for helping me destroy that barrier that chants, " I can't do it". This shit has been achieved and I feel like how James Bond must feel before a top-secret mission!

Guys I just did this with 10lb weights!! I never would have been able to if I hadn’t been following blogilates videos that help strengthen arms, legs and core. THANK YOU SO MUCH CASSEY!!❤️❤️
My heart was beating fast, cause I love workouts like this. I couldn't do all of the exercises due to my avocado hand. Btw, burpee front raise is my favourite combo move of all times, gives me the best results. For workouts so far I'm using wrist weights or just simply holding dumbbells with my forearms. No matter what, I keep moving and because I've been working out with Cassey for so long I always enjoy the process. Thank you.

small reminder: you don't have to use weights as heavy as Cassey´s for this / you don't need to use weights at all. I am getting back into it after two very busy weeks and super light weights (1-2 kg each) worked very well to get me sweating :)
FINALLY getting to these 21 minute videos (I did PIIT 1.0-3.0 for January-June). I'm pairing these workouts with 2 rounds of PIIT from the PIIT starter calendar. Awesome workouts! After doing all that PIIT, I wasn't expecting this video to be that hard--but it's amazing what adding weights will do! Thanks Cassey, great workout!!!
I was hesitant about the new use of weights and bands but I am loving these 2021 workouts - definitely bringing my workout to the next level and bringing me back to the strength I used to have when I lifted regularly. Thanks for being brave Cass and giving us something different to challenge us!

For the very first time I have completed 7 days of exercise/movement and it feels so good 😊
My first week doing this one, it wiped me out and I had to take longer breaks in between each move, this is now my second week of doing the 21 day challenge everyday and now I can do this so much easier and for longer. I just weighed myself too and I have already lost weight, it's been 11 days! I'm sleeping better, I have more energy and I feel strong. I'm sore as hell, but I'm doing this and I'm so damn proud! Thank you so much Cassey for making this digestible and thank you to my friend Becky for encouraging me to do this, #workoutbuddiesforlife !

This is one of the workouts that i dread seeing on the monthly calendar. I generally pause the video and take long breaks between rounds. Today I decided to not pause between the gorst two rounds, just to see how far i can push my mind. Then halfway through the second round, i decided to not pause before the third round. I essentially did the entire workout in one go without pausing. Dont get me wrong; I was dead halfway through it, and my form was terrible and I had to modify various moves. But it still felt nice to challenge myself, especially because I'm struggling with accepting my body after gaining a considerable amount of weight for the first time in over 7 years and falling off the workout bandwagon a few times over.

Wow that was an incredible challenge. I'm pretty conditioned so it's hard to get my heart rate in the 160s and it peaked at 166!! That burpee move was crazy and I love it. Thanks for another quick and effective cardio workout. xoxo
