- We are at it again. This is our SECOND year attending the Richmond, Va Diner En Blanc event and not only did we listen to our own advice from last year...but we added a few more tips. In this video we are covering food and table decorating.

Dine r in Blank OH MY LOOKS LIKE SO MUCH FUN.! Everyone has smiles on there faces . A true greet an meet. The tables are so e elegant lay dressed and people are having a outstanding time having fun laughing, talking, enjoying the atmospheres .so beautiful!

Very nice and beautiful setup. I'll be attending my 1st Diner Le Blanc here in Houston next month and getting my items together. Already did my 1st table run & will probably do it maybe 3 or 10 more times to be sure LOL

Great Video! I am attending ATLs DEB and was wondering, did you warm of the skewers prior to leaving or what did you do for foods needing to be warm?
I suggest preparing food that doesn't rely on being warm. So we had everything heated prior to leaving the house, so when it was time to eat...the "hot" stuff was room temp and the cold stuff was cold since we had coolers.
Last question, how much would it be to have them cater the meal to save on things to carry?
When you check their DEB website, it'll have the prices there and the cutoff date to place an order. To help carry the stuff, a lot of people use those pull wagons.
Saw a few “color accent” on other ppl table. I would’ve spray painted the carousel white. Other than that, everything is nice!😊

Do we bring or own ice? My friend had her baby early so she’s not attending and now a friend and I are taking her place! We’re so excited! My friend had been trying to go for two years😩 #DEB #Atlanta

I'm debating on attending our inaugural one. We had a similar one done by yelp a couple years ago and it was cost free. all we had to bring was food. So i'm a bit annoyed that I have to now pay AND bring all my ish

I signed up for the one in Richmond, VA on 8/17. I didn't do my homewrk, and I'm JUST finding out between another video and this one all the prep that has to be done! I'm already exhausted because I'm so extra, and everything has to be perfect. I thought I was just gonna get dressed up, pay the money, and that was it. Not bring tables, chairs, tablecloth, etc...I may have to pass this year so I can be better prepared. I already have 2 major affairs to attend out of town between now and then. Literally 3 weeks within each other. It looks like everyone had a ball, and were so beautifully dressed! 😭😭😭😭

They only offer the jazz music no DJ? Are there any other activities or just mingle?
Each event is different so it really depends on the organizers. Ours had live bands and then a DJ set at the end.

Hmm, having West Indian taste buds, the food is not for me. Cheese platter as an Appetizer, is a no, I'd do cheese puff, tea sandwiches, mini meatballs. Not feeling the main course.
