disgusting that bunny hasn't been adapted into a female-directed horror comedy filmé yet ... truly sick and twisted! (as for classics, rebecca by daphne du maurier is a stunning read💗🖤)
IT IS DISGUSTING!!! like imagine it’s power 😭 and just bought that so hopefully i love it thank u bunny :’)💗
After watching Chloe’s videos I find myself saying “Stunning” and “Exactly” a lot more throughout the day 💚
I came across chloes channel a few weeks ago and needless to say, she’s quickly became my favourite booktuber!! I just love the vibes like she’s so amazing!!
my HEART 🤍🤍🤍🤍
i love how Tess kept looking back nervously at her dog to make sure it wasn't getting into trouble during the reading time lapse 😂 he's so cute btw !
I took a gothic literature class last semester in uni and it was amazing! I got to read Wuthering Heights, Frankenstein, Dracula, The Picture of Dorian Gray, Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde and some others. Quite a few of them are now my favorite books so it gives me happiness to see how much you're enjoying one of them! For another classic I think you'll like, I would say Rebecca or anything by Daphne du Maurier, she's a gothic queen as well lol.
Oooh yes Rebecca! I’m about to start my re-read of it
@@JAKandtheBookStack awesome, hope you enjoy your reread:)
me thinks wuthering heights and bunny are the only two books ever written 🥰
you are a genius bunny
The instant excitement and happiness I genuinely feel whenever Chloe uploads is just😌 stunning, absolutely stunning💗💗
Some of Chloe’s favourite sayings: “stunning” “no offence” “silly goofy” “jokes” I love her 🤣💜
I loved Wuthering Heights, I'm planning on doing a classics reading month in November. Carmilla is a good one that had great gothic vibes
😂 you re-starting bunny and proceeding to highlight The entire first page
I would really love to see a completed book that you have annotated - if you’re comfortable sharing that of course! You got me into annotating books and I’m really curious to see what you annotate and what your thought progress is when annotating something. LOVED your makeup in this vlog. Hope you’re doing good
She has a video about her annotating process.
@@Becksnnc I know that. But in those videos she doesn’t go in depth about one particular book, which is what I would like to see
For classics with a similar vibe you should definitely try Jane Eyre! I read it for the first time last year and it was phenomenal. I also read Pride & Prejudice which is less gothic vibes but one of the original romance novels
It makes me happy when I hear that someone loves Wuthering Heights as much as I do. I’m planning on reading The Woman in White by Wilkie Collins because I keep hearing that one is good too.
I’m a huge fan of Gothic literature so I’m very happy you’re reading Wuthering Heights! I love the Bronte sisters. I also recommend Jane Eyre by Charlotte Bronte. Some other Gothic classics I recommend to you are Phantom of the Opera by Gaston Leroux, any short story or poetry by Edgar Allan Poe (I adore his work), The Legend of Sleepy Hollow by Washington Irving, The Picture of Dorian Gray by Oscar Wilde, and Northanger Abbey by Jane Austen. It’s a gothic parody and she crafts it perfectly in my opinion. Other non-Gothic classics I recommend are Little Women by Louisa May Alcott, Anna Karenina by Leo Tolstoy, and Macbeth by William Shakespeare
The fact that I literally started bunny today and you upload reading it again , PERFECT TIMING Im so excited 💕💕
Perfect timing🤩I’ve been stressed with school lately and your vlogs always boost my seratonin lol
yes babe! absolutely love your makeup! 💛 your videos are so aesthetically pleasing to watch :)
I seriously can’t wait to hear your thoughts on other classics as well! Amazing vid as usual 🤍
After I have a stressful day your videos always make me feel better! You are literally my favourite UA-camr in the whole world! I love you so freaking much! ☺️❤️
I actually wrote a paper for my literature class at university about wuthering heights on how each character represent one of the seven deadly sins and writing it made me love the book even more lol I would recommend Atonment and The Scarlet Letter!
Yaaay! I just quit my job and the past week has been really hectic so I needed this.🧡🖤
always love the vibes of your vlogs :)
why is it so satisfying watching other people annotate lol. would seriously watch a whole video of just annotating
Every time I watch Chloe’s vlogs where she’s outside, it literally makes me wanna move to Australia. It’s just so pretty and peaceful.
Just back from seeing my dad in hospital and I was literally only thinking I would love a new chloe video. Literally always puts a smile on my face 🥰
I hope ur dad's ok
Literally love the Scream movies 🖤 also Bunny and doggies! What a great video for this spooky season 🎃
I'd so love to have this version of Wuthering Heights. Also I'm a little intrigued by Bunny so I might get my hands on this book as well.
13:17 that laugh 🤣🤣🤣
Beautiful vlog. For gothic classics I would definitely recommend 'Frankenstein', 'The Picture of Dorian Gray' and 'The Strange Case of Dr Jeckyll and Mr Hyde.' 🖤
I love this vlog so much!!! I’m loving the spooky vibes! And I just wanted to recommend a romance series on kindle unlimited to you since I know you just bought a kindle! It’s the royal hearts academy series by Ashley Jade. The first book has punk 57 vibes where it’s childhood friends to enemies to lovers!
The Picture Of Dorian Gray by Oscar Wilde is my favorite gothic Classic of all-time. And if you'd like a quick short story Classic that has lots of spooky Autumn vibes, I also recommend The Vampyre by John William Polidori.
exactly. what a good way to start the day
🥰🖤💗
what a stunning reading vlog!!!!!
Absolutely obsessed with your videos atm :)
Awesome video 💖 I hope there’s an asmr unboxing coming soon 👀
PLEASE read ‘the fountainhead’ or ‘we the living’ by Ayn Rand. Her writing style is phenomenal and so unique to creating a story
I feel like Jane Eyre might be a good gothic classic for you!
Great vlog as always. Love watching cozily on the couch with a nice cup of hot chocolate.
I would honestly love to see you do a video essay about Bunny and it’s themes/wider meaning. I read the book and loved it but couldn’t really explain why. I’d love to hear your analysis and stuff of the text!
I love your vids! I think you’d love Pride and Prejudice too!
Such a stunning vlog now I might have to get myself a copy of bunny
I feel like you might like Jane Eyre! I went into it not knowing anything and definitely wasn't expecting the spooky vibes when I read it!
Congrats on 90k, boo!
Aaaaeee she uploaded 🖤🖤
My fav classic of all time is the secret garden
Loved this vlog! If I had a lake like that near my house, I'd always be reading there! If you like Withering Heights, I recommend My Cousin Rachel that I am almost reading at the moment. I'm almost sure you would love it! :)
Omg I’m reading Bunny for the first time rn.
I’m not sure if you would like it but The Picture of Dorian Gray is an amazing classic i would def recommend :)
I’ve been waiting for you to upload 🖤
💗💗💗💗
I was waiting for your new video.. I am obsessed with you and your channel🥺🖤✨
stunning vlog! i need to go read at a park asap because that looked amazing! x
highly recommend it's one of my favourite things to do :')
Love reading outdoors, bring bug spray though 🤣
I hated Wuthering Heights when I read it for school! Maybe I’ll reread it sometime and see if my thoughts have changed.
I have Bunny on my Xmas list!
Love this video and your amazing channel please stay safe and enjoy your reading 📖 glad your out of lockdown love your fellow Aussie John from Geelong
I feel dumb because I read bunny and had no idea what was going on haha I was so confused! Wish I enjoyed it as much as you and Caitlin!
I felt the same way while reading the Secret History lol. I was lost
Hey Chloe I'm a new subscriber, I love your videos!
Loved it 😍😍
I want to read bunny so badly. I’ve heard nothing but good things
Classics I have enjoyed are Tess of the D’Ubervilles, Pride & Prejudice, Sense & sensibility
This blog is everything ! Do you have a pobox lovely Chloe?
The park looks so nice😍😍
Edit: I had to dnf The Midnight Library when the cat died because that's a huge trigger for me since I lost my emotional support cat a couple of years ago so I just could not.
I think you might like Little Women, it doesn’t read like a classic at all as it doesn’t have the dense writing style.
Then also I think you would like Northanger Abbey, it’s a satire on gothic novels and fun to read ☺️🖤
I 100% recommend The Woman in White by Wilkie Collins - my absolute favorite classic 💕
I need to read wuthering heights! Also, what eyeshadow are you wearing?! It’s beautiful! I need to know what shade it is!
🕯📖 don't know if you already read it but I think you would enjoy Rebecca by Daphne du Maurier. It was the first classic I read and I loved it. Also, it's not really gothic but give Pride and Prejudice a chance. 💗💗💗 glad to see you branching out. I have like hundreds of Romance book recs for you 😅 but yeah.
I had to read Wuthering heights for my masters degree and I actually really enjoyed it… until I went to the lecture and ended up not liking it after we analysed it 😅😅😅 just completely ruined my experience ! 😅😅💖
hii love your vids! I was wondering where you got your Pride and Prejudice book mark
I think you'll like The Phantom of the Opera by Gaston Leroux! It is so dramatic and funny. And it's very different from the movie.❤️❤️
I’m also trying to read some classics, been putting it off for a HOT minute 🙃 May have to add Wuthering Heights to the list though (eventually)!! Lol
It’s a great book but if you want something awesome and short Picture of Dorian Grey might be for you!
my recommendation for you is Northanger Abbey by Jane Austen and Jane Eyre
OMG! I loved your earrings :) Where did you get them from?
There is a modern retelling of Wuthering Heights that I think you would really enjoy. It gives you all the scenes that WH couldn't because of the time period 🤣 It's called Here On Earth by Alice Hoffman. I think it's a realistic take on an unhealthy relationship.
Where’d you get that book mark that you were using for Bunny? I love it!
I would recommend Carmilla
Dracula! You must read Dracula. It’s so dark and creepy and fun and I love it. 🩸🧛🏻
hello!, my name is Anabelle and im a big fan! i just recently started planning to create a book tube Chanel, and was wondering why you highlight and underline things in your books while reading?
I think you would like The Picture of Dorian Dray, its short and fierce, and maybe The haunting of hill house by shirley jackson she gets horror right.
All the characters in Wuthering Heights are UNHINGED
I think if you loved wuthering highs you should read Jane Eyre, my absolutely favorite from the Brönte sisters 😌🥺
Once you finish Wuthering Heights you should definitely listen to the song 'Wuthering Heights' by Kate Bush it's so good haha!! 😆❤
Kate Bush is precious ❤️
Like literally bunny is a multi copy read.
Omg that dog is so cute😍😍 what a girlboss moment reading a classic who is she?!!🤯😌
There’s a new scream movie coming out January 14th.
I'm a bit late, but maybe you'd also like The Picture of Dorian Gray
I feel like you'll really like the picture of Dorian Gray
CHLOE I WAS SO CLOSE TO FALLING ASLEEP WHY U GOTTA DROP THE VLOG LIKE THIS but i love you so fuck sleep 💗
you NEED to read Rebecca by Daphne Du Maurier if you love Wuthering Heights, it is amazing!!!
Random question: but who is your oldest friend? (This is a question for anyone who reads it) have a lovely day, ILY Chloe!❤💜💙💖😊😊
I love Pride and Prejudice
Chloe!! Love you!! Have you read Neverwhere by Neil Gaiman?
Also, your ex husband (Namjoon) talked about the midnight library in the soop recently ☺️💘
oh stunning!! :’)
I’ve been reading Bunny this month - probably about 85% through and… what the fuck am I reading… but in the best way
does anyone know where she got the stunning necklace from with the two hearts? its so gorgeous!
it’s from regal rose! 🖤
@@chloebunnie thank you!!!!
I read withering heights and I hate Heathcliff but a lot of people think it’s a romance for some reason? Idk
🖤💓🖤
Will you ever do an annotated book flip through for some of your annotated books? I find it so interesting to see peoples annotations and you actually inspired me to annotate more of my books!!!
I have no idea how you can convince so many people to read with you. None of my friends wanna do that
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
😍❤️
did you ever end up reading house of leaves?
💚🖤📚
Please tell me your going to read Empire of the Vampire by Jay Kristoff , I am reading it right now and I am loving it and so recommend it to you :)🦇🧛🏻🖤👻😘 I love your vibes , your stunning xx
