Great video! Does high ph means it affects waxes/sealants? Would this be on a par with something like Squid Ink Alkofroth?
I haven't tried alkofroth ... so yes and no so repeat exposure may diminish waxs and sealants over time but this product would be ideal if the car is really really dirty and you need a product with a bite . I would recommend a pH neutral product if you want to preserve your protection, but if you want somthing to eat dirt when needed ... This is definitely worth a try ...
Anything with a high or low pH is likely to cause sealants and waxs to degrade

Product you could use often ? Or something for perhaps more winter washes and every few months ? Does seem to lift the dirt with ease which is why im thinking more of a winter foam when road grime is far higher ?
Definitely more suited for winter time I would say unless your car is filthy during the summer or uncoated most of the time a oh Neutral foam does the job I would say this is for pure filth Orrrr if you want to do a contactless wash .... After I filmed this I didn't even bother doing an contact wash and I just used my air blower to dry the car
@@TheHairyHouseWife most of mine all have some protection on , never really get too dirty but does seem a product you want on a shelf for tough jobs
Turns me away from a product when the company can’t seem to put simple instructions the bottle.
If it’s a small bottle like this I don’t understand the need to give information about car wash systems 😂 same with Bilt Hamber, stop messing about with PIR and just give us how much ml of product to water 🤦🏻♂️

It's a tough one without putting them side by side but I will sayni have used this alot recently and the results are outstanding will definitely have to do a side by side test
@@TheHairyHouseWife thanks for your info mate and your tips. Just put the quick release off a spare stubby gun on my petrol pressure washer I use when I have no Access to mains allowing the hose to be quick release and store easy. Didn't even think of doing it until you said.

Hello, this Gliptone product worked really well,soon took the dirt off the old door.
is it as good as bilt hamber auto foam?
For me better honestly it gives a longer dwell time and well as you can see destroyed the dirty

Jeez, thats some cleaning power! Have you tested it against waxes and sealants, does it strip them? Also, is it likely to cause any damage (like a TFR can). Great video. All the best.
So I didn't want to bring it up in the video because so far it hasn't damaged even the lightest spray Sealant on my vehicle you can see it when I was rinsing it off there's still some water behaviour and that was just a quick spray and rinse Sealant ... But I can't garentee if won't , but from my experience so far it seems to be ok but repeat exposure i can't garentee it won't ... And so far iv used it quite a lot on my vehicle and so far no issues with the chrome and ally trims , but again it's somthing I can't garentee, as with all products if missused or used incorrectly it may cause damaging
