Please Don't give wrong information. First punch the cable in the IO then put the IO in the face plate. Otherwise the face plate may break.

I use color code B, if buy branded patch chord in India , they follow code B. I am saying if you use color code A you have to make everything A like patch panel punching, io punching, branded patch chord etc...
