Kudos to my man Smitty. Invasion is Gitmo quality water boarding. I have never endured a series quite like this where you can literally fast forward through large parts of each episode without missing ANY important plot points. How is this possible in an alien invasion themed series!!??? The acting is either over the top bad, “Saraaaaah!” or completely deadpan. It’s like watching a train wreck but in ultra slow motion. From the casting to the limp script this show was dead on arrival. Yet I keep watching hoping for that one episode that makes me sit up and go “hell yeah”! It’s not coming is it?
I cackled out loud when Rose held out that mint green cell phone, like nobody was going to notice it in broad daylight. It was so stupid. Casper came out that coma a grown man!

Omg!!! Invasion is so bad it causes amnesia. And here is proof. I totally forgot that the actor who plays Cole (the only Navy SEAL to excel in getting captured) also played The Hunter in John Wick Chapter 4. 🤯
I thought the creatures had some sort of infrared vision as demonstrated in the last episode but somehow an empty coat and umbrella sets them off to attack.
It’s like a kid wrote for sure because why is there still an infrastructure, how do they still have jobs to go to? Who would go to work? Everyone is so unbothered by the aliens terraforming the earth and poking people with sharp sticks? It’s so frustrating that I can’t not watch 😂
At this point I think the show is targeting a fan base of 5 year olds who don’t ask as many questions and just want to see some older kids saving the world. Logic and common sense don’t matter. I know I’ve tolerated some real rubbish when I was younger and thought they were absolute master pieces. Haha.
You saved me from having to actually watch the show…! The last season of the show billions might be a good one for you to target with your skill set… The first few seasons were pretty good, but this last season has been a shit show with a massive budget and some huge stars
