Walked for hours and woke up in the.middle of the night starving and then running rob the fridge to binge on junk food! Then l dieted with the guidance of dieticians always put the weight back when.l stopped dieting... then.l did slimming world&calorie counting for a yr and lost nearly 20kg but l started to put it back too! And l was like nooo, after dieting for 1yr!! Sorry for the.long story but.it never felt this easy&natural. I actually feel l m going towards my ideal body with every right food l put in my.mouth!! Feels real. Thanks Gabriel. Hoping.l will sustain.my weight.loss w it help this time! Xx
every time I do this I feel my cells vibrating in my body, glowing with light. Its just a wonderful meditation. After 20 years of trying I was finally able to lose 25 lbs. It may not sound like much, but I just couldn't loose it permanently. It started off slow, but in the end I lost the last 5 lbs overnight. I haven't gained it back. I wonder if you would consider doing a healing visualization for cancer patients, and one to visualize the chemotherapy working just on the cancer cells and the rest of the body remaining healthy.
Zofia, consider doing a medication that empowers your body to fight the cancer without having to also battle the toxic load of chemo. Cancer can be healed in 2 weeks to 3 months with holistic therapies.

Listing to this for around 3 weeks-skipped few times. Did I lose any weight? I don't know, but definitely feeling better in my body, appreciate how I look, drastically reduced nagging myself in my head for my appearance. So,already well worth the time 😉
What a wonderful comment! You know what I feel if I'm given a choice then I'd choose "stop that nagging in head" over "actual weight loss". I mean I'm ok with losing the weight slowly and steadily if my head is at peace everyday. I've come to this meditation after a really long time. This time I'm feeling hopeful. I did this and at the end I was completely relaxed and ready for sleep when I was jolted out by a loud ad. Note to self, turn off before the end as it is a bit self defeating to get rudely awakened by a loud ad.
I would like it better without any negatives, as soon as he said "no excess weight" I imagine myself with excess weight, maybe because the mind does not recognizes the word "no". The rest of it was good.
I had to pause the meditation to go through the visualization bc I struggled to imagine every part of my body at once, but I loved the process of the meditation. It was so fun & energizing. It was more fun than calm & I loved it.

@@crh251 I really do like this meditation but my complication is the beginning part. In order to truly enjoy it, I need to put it at 0.75 speed. If you put the beginning at. 75 speed, the music is really jarring so there's a lot of fuzting around which means I don't get to enjoy it every day. If there was a way for me to cut that off, I would go back to daily practice.

Your comment is hilarious. Visualisation occurs when you close your eyelids and actually VISUALISE. An exercise of such type implies using IMAGINATIONS. If this video would be a blanc screen or black screen or only a red dot, it would be completely useless, since YOUR EYES ARE TO BE CLOSED DURING THE EXERCISE. His very first instruction was - close your eyes. Hope this helps.

I usually try to keep it in first person but sometimes move into third person view, in and out of different perspectives. I think it is effective that way, good to feel things first person but also reinforcing the image when you see yourself.
