Loving that Blackpool Madness, what's not to like. Sadly, I was in the Vic that weekend. Yesterday I saw a sign in the Topping St punk shop. Business all up for sale, offers invited. Not good, not good at all.

Another great video. Towards the end of this video, I noticed that you had passed the opening which is Coronation Street, and which leads the new Wilkos/Cinema complex which they are building, and which have covered on this channel. I know that this wasn't such a video, but I have just heard some really bad news which could have an impact on what actually ends being there. As you know, this new Wilkos store was meant to replace the old Wilkos store on Talbot Road which was demolished to make way for the new hotel and tram terminus.
However, I've just heard on the news that Wilkos are in very serious financial trouble just now, and are about to go into administration with all of its stores possibly being closed down. If that happens, there is then likely to not end up being a new Wilkos store there after all but to me, this would be very sad news if that was to happen. They have almost finished building that new store now and I would not like to see them going to all of the trouble which they have taken to build that, in order for it to then end up lying empty as what happened to the big Debenhams store next door to there.
If there is not going to end up being a Wilkos store there after all, lets hope that there is some alternative use mad for that which will actually be of great benefit to the people of Blackpool. Having followed your channel and a number of other Blackpool vloggers for quite a while, I have seen that there are too many old buildings and old businesses in Blackpool which are boarded up and which could b put to much better use, and I would not like to see anything else being added to that list.
Blackpool is a slum...no point putting lipstick on a pig.
