Yes pisces ascendant/dominant here, we are very empathetic and feel for everyone no matter the person, we carry compassion wherever we go. Some people are shocked and think it’s beautiful. And also what you said of cancers is true, i had a cancer tell me this before, they are very closed off to outside people but once you are apart of their life they are the most nurturing. I am a Pisces ascendant and my sun sign is Taurus. I think Pisces ascendant are usually confused because they know they have a lot of options. They can go anywhere, they can do this and that. They are fluid, and they can be almost anywhere. Their personality might not be constant also, they can shift from one mood to another very quickly. You can call them good actors too. They can read people by their instincts. Also, as a Pisces ascendant who once became confused in life. It is always important to keep yourself at ease, like meditate. Ask yourself, like talking to yourself literally what you want in life, list down, and from that, make sure that you are emotionally connected to whatever you do because that emotion will keep you going, it will be your driving force. It's true that we are on a spiritual inclination but that could be only our Philosophy in life. Like our spiritual understanding or how we perceive the world or how we analyze things around us is our greatest gift. And I think, I am not the usual Pisces ascendant here. I am inclined to the field of science ever since I was young. I can feel also that my fate helped me to direct my path here because consciously and unconsciously I really desire to be in this field. I am more into research like in molecular biology, genetics side. I don't know if this is usual but I feel happy being here. Because yes, working in the laboratory is amazing, fewer people and not too crowded all the time because I prefer this kind of environment. Also, I really aim to be useful in my field of specialization, I want to be significant.

I have a Scorpio stellium (including South Node ouch) and all planets in my chart are in 6th-10th houses from 23 degrees Virgo to 4 degrees Capricorn. So like 101 degrees filled with planets but of course my North Node and Chiron etc are in earlier houses amid the 250+ empty degrees. Which may be why I am not great at speaking for myself and it might seem like I speak from ego but I am in touch with deep energies and thank God found the truth of love and life for myself to be true so ok I am still a bit lost for various reasons (Mercury square Mars/MC/Neptune part of the puzzle) but some things I am sure and spent years making sure it absolutely made sense.
As a Taurus North Node (in 2nd house too) I guess I feel like I don't know how to be human but must in this lifetime or else.. So I studied it, with a lot of suffering through Pisces, Scorpio and 7th house stellium and finally figured out the answers are simple. Find out as best we can what God hoped or intended. Main cause of disease/disorder is mankind doing what no other living creature here on Earth does? Destroy the life of food before eating it by cooking it.. Tasty yes.. Unnatural yeah pretty much. Herbs are a rare exception of nature that can withstand or possibly improve with heat .. If you cook most any other thing and intend to eat it you're screwing yourself. the further something is taken from how God/creator ideally intended it, the further it'll take the consumer from how God idealized/intended

I give for your food all the seed-bearing plants etc etc it goes deep all around but when you've found it's no longer profound just wonderful life and reality... Far from what's going on today but we can return at any time

I aim to know the pathogens infesting the farmed fishes through DNA barcoding. I use molecular tools for studying the health status of the fishes and some crustaceans. Alterations of genetic material is not in my scope of specialization. And I am one among the thousands of people working in the field of Molecular Biology, we all have specific roles and aims. People in the world in general do have different beliefs. You have your reasons to say that, they also have their own reasons why they're doing that. In Science and Research, we have what we call "ETHICS". We can't just do what we want for experiments and stuff. It must have purpose or significance, and must be also ethical. Although, the problem might be the scope of the ethics. I can't speak much about this because it's a long discussion.
I do understand your concerns about what Modern Science is doing...I do also think about that...Also, in wild, yes all organisms can heal by nature...no need of human intervention. :))
I have a stellium in Taurus which is why I do really stand for the field that I love.

The concept of meditation has been an enigma for me for years, til I realized that it is basically just practice being, being ok.
but I can't dismiss the thoughts ever incessant and I get that meditation is a way to help stop that ironically enough? but also I feel like I literally don't know how to breathe (I try anyway) so breathing exercises are frustrating. I do them throughout the day or night when I remember, but to just focus on it and "meditation" or idling myself for a while is overwhelming.
Anyways, so I'm sorry for my rambling before and now and for the future lol.. Thank you for clarifying the field of molecular biology you're specializing in, and I see it was a foolish assumption on my part but I see the MB and my insides shiver lol but I know and realize now that the term covers a broad range of life and that against it.

hey, my Ascendant is trine my South Node in Scorpio, and sextile my North Node. I wonder how I can honor those better or what you think about angles to the Ascendant or Nodes.
I understand if you're not here to do this sort of thing, you can just say so if not. but I'd like to learn more from you if I may.
The actual trouble is as with meditation and many other things, I can't get myself to just commit to it and do it. I have boundless tenacity and integrity when it comes to some things, but many simple or small steps I stay stuck on. I need to be my North Node bad.. however I guess my thought that I need to become it will by its own nature prevent me ever from it. So I have to find some other cool ways to actualize my NN. I think I better start learning a lot more about the sign itself and its dichotomies because most of my recent reading and pondering has been with the context of Nodes and maybe I'm missing essence that way. Yes I think I will turn new eyes to my understanding and investigation of Taurus cuz my vision is probably pretty cloudy.
I think that I still have a fraction picture of what Taurus is.. and what I'm supposed to be.. I keep thinking I need to be a bull but even the calm cow can stand her ground and brush off aggressors without barely batting a bessy brand eyelash
So there's that.. but truly the scientific aspect of Earth is what gave me excitement about Taurus too. I researched for years and had personal spiritual cliches I saw as potential career components (ie crystal healing, herbs, essential oils, massage, acupressure, ancient and modern exercises, using the human body, being and senses & such and so on) that all fit the Taurus spectrum when it dawned on me. And food another delicious passion.
