idk how to put it but you really have the best asmr timing. not just when you post, but it's like, you always know when to stop doing the same trigger. you don't stick on it for too little or too long, it's just right (as goldilocks once said). ur so creative and you always find a way to continue the same trigger, but you change it just a bit so it doesn't get annoying. idk, its just something i noticed and it's perfect for me. i'm always knocked out within the first 5 mins. ur the best patrick and i hope your head feels better!!

Ive been working 6 day 10 hour shift weeks for the warehouse job I've been at due to seasonal holidays and large order influx. Its been difficult to sleep as i work the night shift. @@iluvmilkkas someone with chronic migraines and severe period cramps i can vouch and say they're about equal on the pain scale lmao. honestly feel really similar, just in dif spots. would rather have period cramps just because i prefer the pain there than my head, but boy oh boy a bad period cramp is definitely worse than like 99% of headaches lol

some specific types of ASMR actually help my headaches ! I'm a chronic migraine haver (have had them for 10+ years) and meds have helped to cut them down a lot but I still experience a lot of headaches :( I recommend consuming asmr for the headache rather than making it next time, but also a vid particularly for headache relief would be cool 👀👀👀
