as a german guy, its funny and interesting, how you express the german names for the weapons
8:20 the hk 21 actually came back this year in mw 2022 as the rapp h, the lachman 762 which is the g3, the psg in bo returned this year as the lms, the ump 45 spiritually came back in mw2019 as the American smg 45 (striker45) but the final blueprint you got in season 2 was made to look like the ump, and if u wanna count it the Lc 10 in Cold War looked like the mpl but with accuracy international looking furniture
Edit: the m19 in mw2019 is made by sig, an originally Swiss company but now is operated from branches in the us and Germany, and the sig p320 (m19) was developed at the American branch
XM25 is both German and American, you're thinking of the K11

Also the HK-21 wasn’t one-and-done, it appeared again in MW2 (2022) as the RAPP-H

But yeah the SMG-45 is American
Locus is based on the pgm .338 but it's also based on the axmc, cdx .50 tremor, mini Hécate, that anti materiel rifle from Switzerland I forgot, and many others
But it's a French weapon
here's me thinking it's based on the AI rifles with are British weapons, think the AWP from CS GO
8:53 The G11 didnt come back in cold war, but there was a gun inspired by it
M8A7 being a German weapons makes sense because its model is very reminiscent to the gun IRL that’s called the SLC-8.
And ICR-1 makes sense too because it’s reminiscent to the M27 or HK416 IRL.
The BO3 M8A7 is a direct successor to the BO2 M8A1 which is based on the real world XM8 which is German so logically they are also German. I have zero idea what the "SLC-8" is and can't find anything with a quick google search.
The M8A7 is indeed listed as being Belgian in the game. Hop onto campaign and check out the data vault.
Also the ICR-1 is listed as being made in the US. Don't ask me why, ask Treyarch.

I think you mean SL8, which isn't an XM8, it's a civilian G36. The M8A7 being German makes sense because it's supposed to come from the HK XM8, but it's not a G36.
@@mercedes_nuts Well unfortunately, most things that come from Treyarch doesn't make sense, like how the KN44 can appear in BO4 even though its production started in 2062.
That was very fun to watch. I did not expect some of them, the Locus and Rampart were surprises. But I enjoyed it all the same.
Rampart was based of the FN Scar H which is German, locus I have no idea about and the 2 launchers from MW3 were actually American

The Locus is French... (it's based off the PGM Ultima Ratio)

BO3 and CODM's ICR-1 counts as they are all futurized HK416, and BO4's ICR-7 is actually a futurized HK433
12:52 concerning about the second magazine for the DSR, it's actually where you put a spare magazine if you don't want to carry it on your vest or backpack, however in game, it's unusable. Despite of that, I could say that Battlefield 2042's DXR-1 do use the second magazine from that spare mag holder when you reload the weapon for the first time.
The PGS1 is basically the LMS in MW22

I like how majority of the German guns from CoD's set in modern times are by H&K.
i mean theyre really the only big German weapons manufacturer as of now.

every British gun might be interesting, L96, AX-50, L86, etc. much shorter then a lot of the other countries so not a hard video to do.

The HK21 is technically either the RapH or G3 in MW2 technically depends on your opinion and the PSG1 is the sniper Lachman in MW2

In codm, icr-1 is confirmed as futuristic version of hk416, we even get hk416 as skin/blueprint for icr-1
14:13 As someone who occasionally blasts music through my mic, I can't speak for everyone, but usually it's just I forgot my mic was on. If I'm just playing a game to relax, I'll usually put some music on for myself, but sometimes my mic is accidentally on, especially since I got a PS5 where the controllers have mics in them and are on by default. So yeah, I apologize on behalf of all the accidental mic users you come across online.

A lot of the later guns used aren’t German.
M19 pistol is US
Rampart is Belgium
Locus is French
M27 is US but based off German HK
MX9 from Bo4 is based on the BO1 MP5K but resembles the Agram 2000 which is Croatian
SVG-100 has no irl counterpart or based off an irl gun it apparently on the Cod Fandom says german but that site isn’t really trustworthy
The fg42 sound effect is the same one the used for the m203 variants of the m4a1 they used in Predator 😂

The reason why the M8A7 and ICR aren't German weapons is because while the IRL weapons that they're modeled after are German, and the weapons from previous games that they're trying to emulate are also German, the in-game data vault states that they're from Belgium and the US respectively

That is based off of a different weapon but it does look similar and can be customise to look like the ump45

The C58 is more of a Spanish predecessor to the G3 which is the CETME Model 58.
The Holger and the mx9 on Call of Duty mobile used to be one of the most broken gun in the game

no, contrary to popular belief, you dont need to "license" weapons in games. no company would turn down free advertisement. things like that had to be changed due to BS California laws that consider using real names as advertising weapons to children (despite cod being rated 17+).

As a german guy, I have a masterpiece of gun as my favorite, the Heckler und Koch G36 and G36c, both are beautiful weapons, but I don't know if they are in COD, bc I wrote this comment before I watched the video.

Youre wrong when you said that the HK21 and PSG1 never returned to CoD after BO1. Both are in MW2 2022 (Rapp H and LM-S)

Ghost you forgot the bo1 and bo3 olympia and the mw2019 725 and the mw2 725 wich are all the same gun called the rottweil skeet olympia 72 wich was made in west germany
The 725's real life weapon is a Browning Citori 725. It was designed by Browning in the US, but it's produced in Japan.

so pretty much every gun in cod? theres only some anachronistic guns in some of the black ops games but thats about it. for any games taking place in the future nothing would be possible because the future isnt history. and theres only a few guns in the modern games that are older
