Hey there, fellow Canuck, I am in the part of Canada thay isn't blanketed in snow. My Hellebore's are budding and my Heuchera's arre getting new growth, maybe a bit too soon. We had a quick snowfall but it melted quickly, miss the snow so much. The snow is so cozy.

You are so lucky to be not blanketed in snow! Don't get me wrong the snow is beautiful but it's the deep freeze that I have issues with! We are just getting out of the extreme cold spell here in Manitoba and this week looks promising.
@@user-rd3hb5ys6m It is easy to romanticize the snow when not dealing with it everyday for months. I remember in Alberta scraping ice off the windshield and trudging through parking lots full of snow with groceries, the puddles at the front door after your boots melted, the not so fun stuff. Having more distinct seasons does help to reset our perspective along with the changes, I think I miss that too. Now in Southern Coastal BC and it nearly looks the same all year, the only thing that changes is the amount of rain and sun. Canada is so large and different and beautiful from West to East!
