Valentina, would love to see your take on a 'whipped feta' dip. I love feta and ohhhhhhh nothing like a great Greek olive oil to go with it!
I actually boil water and hold them in the steam (not too close though) and then unbend and fluff

I found some beautiful cherry blossoms stems at Walmart. I was amazed at how beautiful and realistic they look.
