My mom shared this song to me right after his passing but I’ve been refraining from listening to it in fear of reliving bad memories. The moment when I finally decided to check it out, I am so touched by it and I can totally understand why my dad so loved the song. He watched some of your videos that I showed him back when he’s alive and he was quite astonished by your singing. I’m sure that he would have been just as impressed with your cover of this song if he’s still here with us. So, thank you for this great rendition, David!

Today i quit my job for a new one the lord opened up a door for me to have a new job thank you Jesus I had to play this song again cuz it fit the situation God is good and will provide any one that reads this that’s struggling pray and continue to seek Jesus and you will be protected he will bring you peace ❤ just wanted to give some encouragement to y’all stay blessed
My brother had that.... we (2 other brothers) had to get checked due to the nature of these things.... My dad had a colonoscopy gone bad.... they perf'd him... he made a joke out of it... they said they wrecked him in his rectum. 😅🤣😂 Turned out we found out he died clinically while on the operation table... all kinds of crazy stuff can happen when we are still awaiting for God to make all things new...and while there is nothing new under the sun .... His mercies are new every morning! My dad had to retire early from the military due to the first day back...and trying to do a sit up ....ended up getting a hernia. But he is waiting for his Savior )Jesus) to give him the body built in glory.....my brother ended up having a bag for a while and then some chemo... they were able to take the bag off after quite a few months....and his biggest issue (physically) is eating habits. Portion control and foods that don't hurt his temporary vessel. Trust Jesus in all things. First and foremost to be your Savior and Lord...and know that He is also the GREAT Physician... no hack job! She only retired from her position at the church because she is in the early-mid stages of dementia. It has so much meaning to me and it is a favorite of hers as well. More recently it was sung at a dear friend’s celebration of life. She never heard the song as she was deaf but she lived its message better than most people I know.
