the problem with saying you need to experience the product is most people have different expectations. where something for you will be totally fine or for me may be great but it may not hit the expectations of other people. .some peoples expectations are amazingly high and also makes them look like idiots..lol. so this is a difficult situation and probably does not help us whatever. i think you need to list your place and do the best you can and see what happens

I haven’t started yet but as per my plan if u not a landlord I then 3 months of rent that is to be paid to landlord, another 1500$ for the utilities like towels, shampoo , linens, littobit of renovation amount if required and other things.

It is fully furnished but i will be doing some spring cleaning again. I also have a 7 seater VW T5 Kombi at their disposal so i can take them on day trips of their choice. I live in Cape Town South Africa and i am ten minutes from the False Bay coastline.I also want the guest to experience the local style of living in the area of Mitchells Plain. so how do you advertise as far as if it is a Walmart or Target.. Like ours is good price, sleeps 8. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood but definitely middle class.. so it is clean but not updated.. the furniture all new but basic.. not a lot of frills.. great for kids, etc..

It would be nice if Airbnb would align with all the major tourisms actors and remove their fees if the trip is cancelled. It is definitely quite unfair to keep the money of a deal that just couldn't go through. So far, Airbnb is not moving anywhere near such a measure. Is money the only thing they understand? Bed and breakfast accommodation is the best place to book a room. Room letting has been around for years - Air B and B is no different.
