- Wow, we’re almost halfway through Scottie’s first year! How did time go by so fast? 😱 I feel like I just gave birth to this little ball of sunshine and now he’s already 5 (turning 6) months old! He was soooo tiny when he was born, and now my arms hurt when I carry him for too long. Craaaazy how things have changed in such a short span of time!
Ever since consulting with Ria of @himbing.ph, Scott is now a master of naps! We don’t even have to hold or rock him to sleep. We just turn on his white noise machine, close the blinds and lay him to sleep- and he sleeps on his own. Its the most amazing thing to witness. After months of battling with sleep, Scott showed us that it is possible and that babies are truly smarter and more capable than we think! Here’s a link to my newly discovered Bumper Bed. [bit.ly/32V5W4z] I love it sooo much because Scott naps (literally) like a baby in it. His feet don’t get stuck on the crib slats and he can sleep for longer. I can even stay beside him for his naps and easily reach over if he needs a little help staying asleep!
He’s growing to become such a curious little boy too. He loves staring at people, or events and holding onto his toys! I can leave him sitting on his “office” chair and watch him zoom in his focus on his activity tray. This is his most favorite toy in the whole wide world and I highly recommend it if you have kids Scottie’s age. It really entertains them! You can get one from Mamas and Papas here: bit.ly/39amYQd
I honestly love filming these progress vlogs because it's like keeping a visual diary of our little skyfam life and of course, it's good to share his milestones with all of you! Thank you for sticking around and I hope you enjoy watching this one!

My son started eating solids at 4months. Just mashed the food. No need to puree. The texture of the food will help the baby to learn to chew and not just to swallow.. it's also to practice the muscles used for speech.

Scottie is such a precious gem. With that healthy chubby baby, it's pretty hurt for the arms to carry him for too long but being with him, pain in the arms is nothing. Have the best time, Mama Kryz.
Had to go back to these vlogs coz I’m planning to do sleep training on my son as well. This mama needs sleep na tlga. 😅 wanted to see how scottie was doing from not a good sleeper to a good sleeper after consulting himbing which I also did. I’m still contemplating if I can do it too specifically the crying part. 🥹

My baby's doc recommended to start him feeding solids around 4-5mos because babies' taste buds can't identify yet flavors. At least when they reached 6-mos and above, they are already used with the flavors esp pag pinapakain ntin ng veggies.
