I greatly appreciate your teaching. Those pressure points make a difference especially for small people. Thank you!

    - At 12:38, there's a technique i learned where you take the person down from a standing armbar. I go to the ground with them and while they're on the ground, bending their arm back to were the back of the hand is facing towards them, i would press my foot on that part of the arm and make the person tap. For years i would teach this move and tell students the it was the ULNAR NERVE that was being pressured. This is a legitimate nerve strike.

      Everything is ASMR
It’s automatic. Reflex to external stimuli.
Every day is ASMR you have to be tuned in . It’s magnetic.

All the keyboard warriors, don’t know that this man holds records for breaking blocks of ice. Mind controlled trolls, who know nothing, and pick on an old man who actually accomplished stuff in his life.

Training an hour on a punch bag would be more beneficial in a fight than watching 50 hours of this crap ! Nothing beats a good Ol straight right hand and not this make believe

I believed all this stuff when I was 12. Now I think guys like this should be locked up in rubber rooms.
