Hi Linda! Did you refrigerate the frosting to allow it to firm up properly? It's also important to use full-fat cream cheese, especially the brick-style cream cheese, that is firmer than the spreadable one.
Your frosting looks fantastic but why do you use cream cheese? I don't like cream cheese in my sweets at all and as you know it has to be eaten in the same day otherwise it'll spoil your cream. I think the butter is enough to make a frosting. Well done my dear. Have a nice evening.
@@BakingCherry You're right, every person has different preferences but that you can store it for a week I don't know, our chef says that it spoils, I have never made it so I don't know. My family isn't fond of cream cheese so I never use it. Your recipes are perfect I only know this.

I think it's about personal taste since I'm not a big fan of buttercream. 😊 This frosting will last in the fridge for up to a week.
