Aint gone lie Serato Sample just turn the Producer world up 100x, right after Akai got bad reviews and flak all summer bout they products , Serato pulled chess move with this release!
Stem Roller is another sampler that does this and its FREE! I love Serato sample and I have but that Stem Roller sounds very good. Just seems much tighter or cleaner and the sound is louder as with Serato when you strip the sounds the audio is much lower atleast in comparison to Stem Roller. Its a few others out there thats been around that you can pay for.
Just bought an mpc one when I already had serato sample but I don't want to have to learn a whole new system or work outside of Logic. I'm bout to just return the mpc and maybe get a simple drum controller to chop samples with serato. Thanks for the vid.
You can still use the MPC pads in FL. And then have the MPC for when you want to create on the fly. But if you rather a midi controller, definitely look into any of the Akai Pad Controllers.
I think they both are great. I would say serato is a bit better. But not much of a noticeable difference to me. I’ve heard RX10 by Izotope and RipX is better overall.
Hey Heat do you still use Serato Sample? Man im having this issue when I load up a song to sample in it. I do my chops, loops etc with Serato. Once I get the pieces I want in my beat I go to arrange it and whatnot in the playlist. When I start playing the beat I made with those chops or loops it will play the loops I made but when it gets to the end it will start playing the original song I used to sample and sometimes the song will be overlapping the loops or chops I made in the beat. I see you record your chops in song mode. I do mines in pattern mode. Im not sure why it does that. Have you had that problem with serato? Maybe I need to try recording my chops in song mode like you do. I read it may have to do with it being in trigger mode instead of one shot mode in serato. Idk
What’s good bro, I got the same Akai mpk249 midi keyboard as well as Serato Sample and FL Studio 21. For some reason when I try to put a sample on pad 4 inside Serato Sample, I get a message saying “A#6 is out of range. Shift octave down to C3. Was wondering if you could help or had any ideas on how to fix this problem. Tried googling and watching Other UA-cam videos, but no luck so far
You would have to hold the first chop in your piano roll to trigger serato sample like your making a beat. It will be a long note. Lol, but if that’s what you want to do. There are tons of sites out to get parts removed from an entire file.
Been using serato sample for ages now n absolutely love it. I’m running high Sierra on my Mac but don’t think this new update is supported according to serato’s website. Anyone tried it with high Sierra?
@@theycallmeheat unfortunately the new version won’t install on high Sierra, never mind, il just keep using stem roller for my stem needs 🙂 u said a while back u wld release the blueprints n instructions for building the custom desk u made. U able to do that soon bro? Wld love to have a go at making it
if it had some type of input support like from an input channel it would be craaazzzyyy. or the option to use different samples on each pad like an MPC.
thats all it needed. lol, it can do exactly what you need it to do. chop samples, every tool has its use. There's tons of brands of hammers out there but they still serve the same purpose. #GoCreate
@@theycallmeheat Sure. But it’s not hammer, it’s a sampler. Hammers don’t get 2.0 updates. There’s a dozen different improvements they could have implemented just off the top of my head. To say that stems is all that it “needed” is an interesting statement, as it doesn’t need it at all. Although it’s unsurprising that they added it. RipX does a better job at stem separation. But I guess this can be convenient for some people.
@@Solis357 that’s why we’re discussing Serato Sample, not Studio. But I agree. I made a beat on Serato Studio. If I’m going to work in the way that Serato Studio is offering, I’ll just use my MPC. If I’m in the box, a fully featured DAw is the way to go. But OP has a point about these things being tools. If someone enjoys Serato S and can make heat with it, nothing else really matters
There were so many beats I wanted to use back in the day but I never did because the vocals or something else was in the way and couldn’t be muted 🙏🏼
Thats how I feel too. Now I can go back and mess with stuff I wanted to work with back in the day. Lol

the edit game is crazy from when you first started, good job im def gonna grab serato sample 2.0 soon to level up
Thanks fam!! Yeah, serato sample is the truth. And budget friendly. 💯
Peace - The free upgrade from 1.0 to 2.0 was dope.
Suuuper dope!! 💯💯💯

Bet you can download a cracked version in some time!
Stem Roller is great! I donated £25 to the developer. It's not a sampler though.
could you use it offline?
@@pachacache5186 yes, just download the software. It’s a big file though
In Edison you can press 'M' while playing the sample to add Markers.

That beginning part screams Roc Marci 💎
Right
can you put any sample in it (wav/mp3) and seperate stems?!
that would be crazy as f. thats gonna push my creativity immensly😯
Yep. Wav or MP3
There was another profesional plugin RX from Izotope that makes steams and mastering, but serato is good 🎉
I still like to use STEMVERTER better for stem separation, but SERATO SAMPLE is still my preferred way to chop.
is this plugin found in fl studio package
Everything he’s telling y’all is valid 💎
💯
Super noob question, but how can I map serato sample to my controller? Whenever I chop, they end up all over the place.
Man Man Man!!!!!
Awesome Plugin
Phenomenal plugin!! 💯💯💯
Yea I’m bout to grab this tonight
Aaaaayyyyeeee!!
how am i just now seeing this updating right now
better late than never my friend!!
Best plugin in the world
And now FL Studio has its own Stem sep, whats your take on it compared to SeratoSample?

Glad your here fam!! Appreciate you tapping in. 💯💯

The new fl studio 3.0 can do all of that and then some
Hey hey watch the MPC slander sir lmao 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
I have an MPC too. So I could never slander. 😂😂
You make it look so easy. 😂
I've been doing this for 15 years, so it def is somewhat easy for me. Keep working on your craft and you will get there.

Nope. Just a simple download to update everything.
Traction Waveform has the feature
I've reading that in the comments as well. thanks fam!!
🔥🔥🔥

Is the mixing course video done in FL Studio?
What's up fam? Yep, it is done in FL Studio, but whats being taught can be used and applied in any DAW.

Does it do midi conversion ? ❤️
What do you mean?

All of these videos be commercials and sponsored videos.

Its a player not a sampler ...lol
I mean if you want to get technical, sure.
