I put shrinking tube on the back of the leds so they dont shine to the wrong side. And also to make the wires less visible.
Superb build.Can you tell me is the 3rd channel for the front lights.I've just built the mc6 and only have 2 channels the indicators work as do the rear lights but no front lights.Cheers.
Channel 3 does indeed control the headlights. You would hope that if there’s no signal on the channel 3 input it would default to on, but apparently not… When I was plotting out the functions of the outputs I found J3 and J4 seemed to be always on, it could be they’re to power fixed headlights.

Hey buddy,I was wondering if you could help me with my mc6 6x6.I don't know what receiver to buy or what servo to use.Does the servo need to be digital?Put it this way I don't know anything about the electronics because all my other rc cars and trucks came in a RTR package and everything came with them but this is my first plain Jane truck that I have ever bought and I don't know what to buy electrical wise.I know that I want a REALLY strong metal geared servo but the other stuff I don't know how to buy for my application.Could you please point me in the right direction or maybe shoot me some part numbers over my way.Thank you for your time and you have a great day.
