BTW it helps to remove the front bumper to work on the servo arm.

I had several comp grade crawlers and I find this CC-02 (73 Bronco) the most fun on the trail, even more so thany SCX10. So why spend the money for a steering link when the stock one works well, I did replace the plastic drag link with an Axial 98 tune (green anodized) with Axial (Traxxas) rod ends which I have plenty in my parts box. Works great and no bump steer

Yeah steering was fine as it was but just needed to scratch that rc upgrade itch, plus it gave it some more additional weight.

I made an error, I used an Axial 91mm tube in titanium for the drag link.

I think the idea is that one buys Yeah Racing's steering lever as well as even if you pass this stage, both links will not fit, simply not enough spacing on the stock lever.

It looks like you'll have to use a regular screw and nut, or pop the metal ball out of the yeah racing part and pop the Tamiya one on.

Yep I’ve had to raid the spares box for some screws.

Take a look at the gpm stuff for the cc02. They have a lot of good stuff
