yes, this is. even if i'm not particularly huge a fan of AMVs. i just put a playlist on the background and do my stuff when i'm not sure what music to listen. you get pretty good selection of songs that way.

I think what got me the most was when Kuma just picked the whole crew off one by one. Back then I hadn't read the manga nearly that far and had no idea that the anime would continue after that. I was like, "What? WHAT??? NO! That's not how it can end! T-T"

Whether that is true is unclear. Blueno does say in Enies Lobby that it will kill you but it is believed that it was used as a scare tactic. Oda was interviewed by SBS and he stated that by eating a second fruit, it just becomes a normal fruit after taking a bite and nothing actually happens.

NO ONE EVER DIES in one piece, sure maybe some people, but its a ridiculously small amount.
I think the best way they could end One Piece is, if Luffy becomes the Pirate King, him being executed and leaving off the same way that Roger did - telling everyone to keep chasing after their dreams to become the next Pirate King! That would be an awesome ending, and would bring the story to an end in a full circle! :D
