Capital Fertilizers to employ 3,500 workers

United Capital Fertilizers -UCF-, a subsidiary of the Wonderful Group of Companies is set to employ over 3,500 workers by October next year when its Urea fertilizer plant starts full operations.
UCF board Chairperson, CHANCE KABAGHE says he expects increased exports of fertiliser in the region due to increased fertilizer production capacity by UFC.
Mr KABAGHE was speaking to the media today on the sidelines of the three day AFRIQOM Fertilizer Club Africa conference, which commenced today in Lusaka.
