@@specialk2514 Thanks, I'm glad you're enjoying my content. In 2025 I'll be expanding into the Hillsbourough County area with the same type of content.
This what I received from my rep: "In Lakeland comparable to 3000 we have #1 - 2508 (2500 sq ft - 4/3/3 - $464,592) #2 - 2200 (2200 sq ft - 4/3/3 - $446,863) We have a community 15 min outside of Lakeland with 3 - 3000 available ( 4/3/2 - $427,403)"
Florida real estate is not a good investment right now. Insurance premiums are through the roof, taxes are high, and prices are on the way down in most parts of the state. Check the area you are interested in. If the are a lot of listings, either make a low ball offer or wait until the market is done crashing. Whatever you do, don't buy a condo or house in an HOA community. Those are really bad news right now.
I wouldn't be so sure about that I've seen price drops in every part of the real estate market from retail to brand new homes and right now the builders are giving huge discounts. We're seeing price drops on brand new homes sometimes $30,000 to $40,000. It's the best market to be in right now as far as buying is concerned because new home construction prices have gone so far down and the builders are competing with each other for buyers and that's driving prices down.
Great video. Love the map presentation and explanation of Auburndale.
Glad you enjoyed it! I'm changing my formate to doing more of that in each video.
@yourmoveflorida It definitely sets you apart from all other channels.
