Still, eating at home but working at work and not mixing the two made me realize that my mind and body are both designed to survive starvation.
The advice is not good either: I train, I eat well, and I keep everything written down. But I live in Argentina where Milei governs and it is an economic catastrophe and things are going badly for us all. My advice is to keep doing that, and don't expect better results. But do it for your mental and physical health. Nothing else.
