The tempeh enchiladas are unreal!!!! I added some salsa and a can of green chilis to the mixture before putting it in the tortilla and baking it👌 so flavorful! Such a quick, easy, and delicious meal!

I keep seeing people saying tahini for cauliflower dish and I very much agree. There's a really easy tahini dressing I like to use that would go well with that too. Tahini, lemon juice, agave or (syrup sweetener of choice) and water for desired consistency. All of the recipes sound so good and I'm looking forward to trying! Always glad for more veggie inspiration!

I tried the cauliflower eggs and they’re really good! They kind of taste like curry, after trying I added tomato which I felt was necessary haha. And all I had to eat it with was pita bread which it was really good, I wish I had hummus to eat with it. Didn’t really taste like eggs but i think it’s a good breakfast food

You should do white onion instead of red for cooking, it tastes way better 🤪 red is best for cold onion dishes white is good for cooking 🤎

The recipes look good. Might want to look into a stainless steel or carbon steel pan. Nonstick is no good for health.
