  • How to make Jhinga masala | Shrimp masala | Village style prawn | kolambi masala
    Ingredients:
    250 grams or as needed Jhinga/ shrimp/ kolambi
    1 chopped big onion or two small onions
    2 Tbsp crushed garlic
    2 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
    1 tsp Aagri masala/malvani masala or koli masala (if you don't have that mix 1/2 tsp garam masala with 1 or 2 tsp of dhania/ coriander powder)
    1/2 tsp turmeric (haldi) powder
    1/2 tsp asafoetida (hing)
    1 big spoon oil
    fresh coriander or cilantro for garnishing.
    Tips-It is very heathy if you make food in cast iron but make sure you remove it to another container after cooking else you taste iron.
