UPDATE 🚨 We just uploaded a brand new video covering how to choose the best CRM software if you're team size is between 1-300 employees. We dive in much deeper on which CRM is best: ua-cam.com/video/A6fthJXJX-w/v-deo.html Take Our Quiz for Personalized Software Recommendations: ↳ efficient.link/quiz
Hey hey! So we don't do consultation calls, but we do have a bunch of videos that should be able to help, here's a playlist: efficient.link/yt/playlist/crm Also, if you signed up for Copper with our affiliate link, you can actually get a setup course from us for free: efficient.deals/copper Hope that helps 🙏
We have a full video that goes over that more here: efficient.link/yt/crm We'd probably recommend efficient.link/r/pipedrive in that case, but maybe give the video a shot to see what you think! Just avoid Copper if you're not using Google Workspace.
Depends, do you use Google Workspace? We have a full video on CRM recommendations here: efficient.link/yt/crm and also videos on project management as well: efficient.link/yt/pm - those should help. We've seen efficient.link/r/copper work well as a CRM for realtors, and for project management, efficient.link/r/motion - but it depends on what is most important to you and what you're looking to accomplish. The videos should help point you in the right direction with that though.
Very informative, great content. I'll be in Austin beginning of May, I'll reach out to you maybe we can meet in person to discuss how you can help our business with a CRM solution. Cheers
Good morning you two. Love this video. You mentioned that you did a Streak vs Copper video. I tried looking for it but I could not find it. I am a solo DJ company. I used Streak's free single pipeline service for a long time. Since they raised their price to $50/month that is way too much for the amount of business I do. Would you happen to know of an alternative to Streak? I loved the fact that it was located in my email because that is where I do most of my business. Thank you for your time.
Hey Ronnie! So Copper has a Chrome extension allowing it to live in the side of your Gmail, so if that's one of the main things you liked about Streak, you'll get aspects of that with Copper, but it doesn't slow down all your Gmail loading and works in Calendar as well. We much prefer it. Here's the Streak vs Copper writeup we have (it wasn't a video): efficient.app/compare/copper-vs-streak You might want to check out our full CRM video and comparisons, you can see that here: efficient.link/yt/crm along with a link to our full write-up in the description of that video. I will say now though that if you do sign up for Copper or any CRM we recommend, be sure to claim the deal on our site, for Copper it's a full $1,200 crash course that you'll get for free so long as you simply use our link: efficient.deals/copper I have a feeling you'll connect with Copper the most coming from Streak, that's the leap we took and another past client of ours because of the Gmail inbox access, and they also have reasonable pricing tiers available!
Which CRM would you recommend for a company with less than 20 staff, non Google Workspace and Microsoft users but has Services, Marketing, Operations and Sales functionalities in one place...aside HubSpot and Zoho CRM?
Pipedrive would be your best bet! Wrote more on this here and there’s another 1 min video to watch that sums it up ☺️ efficient.app/post/best-crm-for-small-business
Ah okay, we're not too familiar with Zoho mail 😅 we're not the biggest fans of the Zoho suite, but if you're already using Zoho mail, you're probably better off using the rest of the Zoho suite.
Yeah, totally-you're getting quite tied into their ecosystem which brings positives and negatives with it. You need to hope they build tools/features you want because you can't really use external apps as they'll never integrate all that well. A safe choice overall, though you're just giving up a bit of flexibility and innovation from competitors. Not every business needs to use the most cutting-edge software though! Stability and consistency is a good thing too 👌
Would not recommend Cloze, it's an older/dated CRM. Put it this way, there's a reason we don't cover Cloze on our channel (or website: efficient.app) and it's because Cloze doesn't meet the criteria bar for software we're open to evaluating (which in and of itself should be a red flag). In general, Copper is much more modern CRM with a better UI/UX. Check out our full CRM comparison video here: efficient.yt/crm

You do, for their Marketing Hub, they charge based on the number of contacts you have. It's literally on their pricing page: First 2,000: $0 2,001-22,000: $224.72/mo per 5,000 22,001-42,000: $202.25/mo per 5,000 42,001-62,000: $179.78/mo per 5,000 ...and so on, it's incredibly expensive. Also, email sends are 20,000 (10x your # of marketing contacts on a monthly basis), AKA you can send 10 emails/mo to all your contacts and will be charged more overages if you go past that. The point of all of this is the CRM doesn't have the per contact cost, but the second you add the marketing suite (no growing company ever uses HubSpot CRM without the Marketing Hub), it gets absurdly expensive and adds up incredibly quickly.

is there an CRM that integrated with Microsoft OneDrive (365) instead of google workspace? thanks in advance
in addition to it, works well with Outlook email platform.
