Leila lowkey made a business/work presentation into a high quality & put together presentation on just how to be a better person overall 😂 only UA-camr I can say I look up to for reasons like this, all her advice is real world stuff! creating real content for ppls positive development 10/10
I work for an organization that works to improve the way the government runs and how we talk to each other about policy. Leila, thank you for speaking about what it means to be a good leader- this has so many implications beyond the business world
The breakdown between the difference between skills & character is huge! Most of the working class don’t adapt to improvement or keeping composure. This video & the Hormozi’s brand is proof that success goes hand in hand with being a decent person & working with decent people. Thanks for this video!
Thank you so much Leila. You have an excellent understanding of human nature and behaviour and I can see that shines in your personality and humbleness.
HUMILITY!!! I think this is one of the most important things in business. So glad you made a video about this! It will help a lot of people Great work putting this together and great presentation!
Leadership principles are all that difficult, and people over complicate them every single day. Leila lays this out in such a succinct manner. This is the type of leadership that will inspire loyalty and make someone walk through fire for you. Wonderfully done. I can’t wait to hear more.
It's very hard to balance hyping yourself up to prevent imposter syndrome and keeping yourself humble to not be unlikable to your clients and team. I feel constant pressure to be confident and assure the clients I can solve their problems and that they don't need to worry. Work my ass out to make my promise come true even when there's always sudden problems to overcome. But then not get too into that confident character and be humble. I feel schizophrenic, like I have to manage a team and 3 masks and personalities
Everything that we know was built on the shoulders of those who have gone before us. We can't even breathe without the environment around us. We are not alone humility is understanding where you are if you are at higher levels is luck and where you started from the knowledge you had access to and the opportunities and the people who believes or believed in you. It's a great lesson to always be aware of to stay grounded, to look down on others is a kind of sickness especially when you know little about them. A big fish in a small pond show little awareness of self and the world at large. Humble is knowing we are a small fish in a very big pond with so many variables we can't possibly measure with certainty how we got where we are. Be humble stay open Conclusions lead to delusions.
On #4. Another thing about people not wanting to talk to you could be because +you make sure to be very selective about who you let know about this skilled trade, because if not , every Tom ,Dick ,Harry, Jane, Jackey and Janet will try to become dependent on that if their not getting enough of it on their own
Thank you for creating and posting this video. The points made were so brief, clear, and helpful! I’m a new subscriber and I am so glad I found you online! Wishing you well 🎉
Amazing! Love it! Thank you so very much for sharing. Humility is so much needed in our lives and the work place. It thrusts us forward together, as a team who has each other's best interests at heart and creates the ability for each person to recognize and draw strengths out of each other. We simply become better and stronger when we can trust one another. Blessings.
You have a way of simplifying complex principles which could provide a sense of direction for your team and others. I wonder if this is a skill that can be trained or something beyond that. Either way much gratitude 🙏
She labeled this video humility, but often talks about how hard they "struggled" and ate sh!t to become successful. I'm sorry, a few years of hard work before your business is making over 10mil is an anomaly of things in your favor that are
I’m blown away this is free. I’m learning so much, thank you Leila

On a positive note you're right on the other side when you work for a big corporation and you hear this all the time it drives you crazy😅
"You can be humble only if you feel really good about yourself and if you want to help those around you feel really good about themselves too."
imagine leila hormozi videos as your corporate training program instead of simon sinek videos
simon sinek is pretty cool...😢😭
They're both great.
I have had to sit through Simon sinek videos at work...hard no. Can't compare....
I disagree. Simon is not great. Leila and Simon are not on the same level.
Simon crying about millennials kinda turned me off of him. I appreciate Alex and Leila focusing on what's actually relevant to their expertise.
The 4 A's of humility
- Ask for feedback
- Acknowledge Mistakes
- Ask for help
- Actively Listen

Wonderfully done. I can’t wait to hear more.
The principles aren’t what’s difficult - internalizing them to the point that they are just part of you is the difficult part.
I am definitely going to show my staff this for our next leadership training session...love this Leila

Love her
Not me translating all of this into relationships advice 😅
Powerfull video
Biggest boss couple
Being attentive and focused is a learned skill...*laughs in ADHD*
Never been this early.
Is the unfitted suit a looks thing?
Always amazes me people think commenting on someone’s appearance is the biggest takeaway in a hormozi video
🎯🎯

Who is she talking to
Fire for ego and pride!?!? Aren't those are attributes ?. Arrogance , I think arrogance is the standard for letting go 100%. Maybe ther
You should be more humble. Leila owns a $100 million dollar business
Focus on semantics and miss the point…
