The breakdown between the difference between skills & character is huge! Most of the working class don’t adapt to improvement or keeping composure.
This video & the Hormozi’s brand is proof that success goes hand in hand with being a decent person & working with decent people. Thanks for this video!

Leadership principles are all that difficult, and people over complicate them every single day. Leila lays this out in such a succinct manner. This is the type of leadership that will inspire loyalty and make someone walk through fire for you.
Wonderfully done. I can’t wait to hear more.

    • @WideAwakeHuman

The principles aren’t what’s difficult - internalizing them to the point that they are just part of you is the difficult part.

It's very hard to balance hyping yourself up to prevent imposter syndrome and keeping yourself humble to not be unlikable to your clients and team.
I feel constant pressure to be confident and assure the clients I can solve their problems and that they don't need to worry. Work my ass out to make my promise come true even when there's always sudden problems to overcome. But then not get too into that confident character and be humble. I feel schizophrenic, like I have to manage a team and 3 masks and personalities

Everything that we know was built on the shoulders of those who have gone before us.
We can't even breathe without the environment around us. We are not alone humility is understanding where you are if you are at higher levels is luck and where you started from the knowledge you had access to and the opportunities and the people who believes or believed in you.
It's a great lesson to always be aware of to stay grounded, to look down on others is a kind of sickness especially when you know little about them.
A big fish in a small pond show little awareness of self and the world at large.
Humble is knowing we are a small fish in a very big pond with so many variables we can't possibly measure with certainty how we got where we are.
    Be humble stay open
    Conclusions lead to delusions.

On #4. Another thing about people not wanting to talk to you could be because +you make sure to be very selective about who you let know about this skilled trade, because if not , every Tom ,Dick ,Harry, Jane, Jackey and Janet will try to become dependent on that if their not getting enough of it on their own

Humility is so much needed in our lives and the work place.
It thrusts us forward together, as a team who has each other's best interests at heart and creates the ability for each person to recognize and draw strengths out of each other.
We simply become better and stronger when we can trust one another.
    Blessings.
