I despite and hate the coalition but this game is definitely a step in the right direction since it opens the IP to new forms. There needs to be a Gears of War base building RTS like Dawn of War, Company of Heroes, or Men of War.
15:40 I criticize about the imulsion locust zealots too, someone told me that ukkon is just a crazy mad scientist who does inhumane experiments... or at least something similar.
How did they not think to put that level of customization in Gears 5, if we don’t get that amount of actual customization in the next one it will be an upset
At least they made these few characters with a badass look, especially the one-eyed one. Too bad that ridiculous Kait will probably still be the protagonist of the next one. WHY THE HELL WOULD THEY CHANGE THE GEARS OF WAR CREATION STUDIO?? IT'S HORRIBLE TO SEE THE GEARS WITH THIS POSITIVIST, INFANTILIZED AND MEANINGLESS MASK.
15:00 the easy explanation is that the new gears are only propaganda of shit that never happened, so there could be multiple versions, just like in the battletech universe
I wish Ukkon gets a bigger spotlight. His death was SUCH a RIPOFF. They really need to explore him, flesh him out and give him and his genetic contributions to the Locust Horde a place in the lore. Not to mention, they need to make him a Multiplayer character.
Honestly, I feel like TC was told "Make an XCOM style gears game" by the bigwigs and did what they could. Despite how new it is, there's so much less available to the player than XCOM 2. Can't change your Gear's bodies or skin tone, only four helmets when GoW has like twenty different helms, can't change voice, etc. That and every playthrough is essentially the same with VERY minimal variation, save for the post-finale stuff. It feels watered down, BUT it's still fun. Doesn't hold a candle to XCOM at all.
You mean there's a divide between the Gears and the Stranded. The Stranded being long time fans who were promised a Gears game that never delivered. It's actually a pretty cool analysis of real world vs lore.
Awesome video man cant wait tho see more of you also wat did you think ? of GGZII being permanently banned voor exposing the rotten Gears Of War community en Coalition hypocrisy

I know it retconned a lot from the books but I love the crap out of the new lore in tactics. I find it a suitable replacement. Ukkon has to be one of my personal favorite characters.
Gears 4 and 5 are amazing games. The Coalition is doing awesome work. I get so tired of the dudes just shitting on them. I don't understand their complaints, what is it that they find so bad about the games? The gameplay is solid and very much Gears. The story is entertaining but more than that very personal and human. Multiplayer hasn't let me down. I just don't get their complaints.
Um.. gears of war 1's story wasn't good at all tbh. Its not until the 4th act that we find out that the resanator doesn't work and resort to using the light mass bomb to destroy the locusts. If they wanted to they could've gone straight for the lightmass bomb without screwing around and ended the game there..
Except they needed the mapping data from the resonator. The original resonator wasn’t good enough that’s why they were sent to MARCUS’ DAAAADs house to get the full map. After they got the mapping data they were clear to use that data to direct the light mass missiles. That was the whole point of their mission!
I never understand this guys mentality when it comes to any game that isn’t just putting gears 1 and 2 on some pedestal. I mean seriously. “The story is bland ” “The story is too compex” Dude PICK a criticism

should have already been in the game at launch.
@@thedailygrind444 takes time to make
@@xidiosynkratic2350 nah m8 you don’t just release an entire game mode with no explanation for why we should care. If they cared at all and wanted to make an impact they would have had this at release. The whole problem with gears 5 is that it launched with less content then in gears 3. A game that came out over 10 years ago
Love your videos man keep it up!

I despite and hate the coalition but this game is definitely a step in the right direction since it opens the IP to new forms. There needs to be a Gears of War base building RTS like Dawn of War, Company of Heroes, or Men of War.
15:40 I criticize about the imulsion locust zealots too, someone told me that ukkon is just a crazy mad scientist who does inhumane experiments... or at least something similar.
they need to just make emergence day games rather than try to add story and have the "swarm"
OMAHA16 is so damn underated!!
How did they not think to put that level of customization in Gears 5, if we don’t get that amount of actual customization in the next one
it will be an upset
Could you imagin if bioshock kept making games after infinite?
Honestly, I feel like TC was told "Make an XCOM style gears game" by the bigwigs and did what they could. Despite how new it is, there's so much less available to the player than XCOM 2. Can't change your Gear's bodies or skin tone, only four helmets when GoW has like twenty different helms, can't change voice, etc.
That and every playthrough is essentially the same with VERY minimal variation, save for the post-finale stuff.
It feels watered down, BUT it's still fun. Doesn't hold a candle to XCOM at all.
*missed the bit where it wasn't made by TC, but I retain my point
Gears 5 Operation 6 thoughts?
as someone who doesn’t much mind the recent Gears games, this operation is horrible. Worst one since the first one.
You mean there's a divide between the Gears and the Stranded. The Stranded being long time fans who were promised a Gears game that never delivered. It's actually a pretty cool analysis of real world vs lore.
The two people who disliked this were the Locust who use the wonder drug version of emulsion.

Awesome video man cant wait tho see more of you also wat did you think ? of GGZII being permanently banned voor exposing the rotten Gears Of War community en Coalition hypocrisy
If want Ukkon good
Explain how he does everything
Gears of War 1: So Damn Good.
Gears of War 2: Fantastic.
Gears of War 3: Excellent.
Gears of War Judgment: Good .
Gears of War 4: Meh...
Gears 5: Not as near good.
Gears Tactics: Terrible.
Man thank you! I cant wait for the new book Ephyra rising to be hot garbage and spit in the face of the books and first three games. Im so close to just giving up on this franchise.
This game gave me that long lost feel of the first game, too bad it is still a bit budget title... I wish this game would be the actual 5th game in 3rd person instead of the 5th game we had... 😐
PS hivebusters and the first chapter were good
Nice tactics tc haaahaahahahhaaahhaha
I know it retconned a lot from the books but I love the crap out of the new lore in tactics. I find it a suitable replacement. Ukkon has to be one of my personal favorite characters.
Obviously this proves they don't know shit about gears of war
They should have just reskinned XCOM.
This game is more Gears of War than Gears 4 and 5, even with that story anxious to connect with the new ones, thing that I hate
can they just say gears 4,5, and tactics aren't cannon ??
Wait wait wait. Imulsion drugs? Thats stupid and completely ignored the plot of 3.
I hate that stupid hair cut
honestly, this game have no sense...
What made gears 1 great...was da gore
Except they needed the mapping data from the resonator. The original resonator wasn’t good enough that’s why they were sent to MARCUS’ DAAAADs house to get the full map. After they got the mapping data they were clear to use that data to direct the light mass missiles. That was the whole point of their mission!
Indeed
RAAMS DEATH SADDNEDS USSSSSS AAAALLL
They could use the bomb without resonator data otherwise the bombs won’t hit
I never understand this guys mentality when it comes to any game that isn’t just putting gears 1 and 2 on some pedestal. I mean seriously.

“The story is too compex”

These are both valid criticisms.
