Yes!, I have noticed that no matter who is leading they will stay clean and cohesive. I think the captain sets the energy and tone for the routines, parades and field shows and the squad follows. I just wish my J-settes were just as consistent

Honestly I am so glad I am not a doll because you guys love to speak on these girls as if you all know them on a personal level. Please remember this is just collegiate dancing and they’re doing this because they love to dance, not to please you all! We should all just be happy that they are even afforded the opportunity to dance. Stop hating and comparing them. Roseline Anin she has been leading a lot of events since the last captain graduated. For them to have two other ‘15 members on the squad that could lead she has been the one we’ve seen lead. So, that’s why many think she’s not returning. Plus, she is in nursing school, and expressed how she got a C in a class she was not happy about.
Jordan never said she wasn’t happy with it. If you actually read the post she stated that she was glad to get that C because she put so much work and sacrifice. Haymer put her up front because she deserves it. Stop making it seem like it was given to her out of pity because she’s not returning.

MEL ( the one in the back on the left) is a perfect example of how a teammate should give off positive energy. Some of the others are just going through the motions. Like Jada from the Stingettes there is just no one else on this squad that gives the impression of a leader other than Jordan...Melody is too much of what some ppl call a "pretty" dancer yea she has technique and it's nice to look at but there's no fire or emotion behind her movement...I feel like Tailyn wouldn't really standout as a captain...Jordan is a DANCER and not just a girl that can dancer and feel like that's what makes the difference between a person who can lead a danceline and someone who can't...Jordan doesn't just dance she performs

Like it’s the off season and I really wanna see Mel and Tailyn lead. 2. Sometimes it just seems like the other dolls outshine her a lot. To me, when your captain temporarily or for that season, all eyes should be on you. No matter what. Not to compare, but from my experiences: When I would see Danielle (My All Time Fave) I would legit just watch her when she was throwing stands back to back like my eyes would rarely stray not because she was in the front but because I was so eager to see what she would throw next cause it seemed like she was dancing in her own world. With Jordan, I honestly don’t get that. I don’t knew why I don’t feel that but I don’t. Now there are those moments where I see her dancing in her own world and all eyes are on her but a lot of the times, idk. Again don’t get me wrong, I love that little fireball, I look up to her so much and her count selection is creative and it’s fire.
