These are better than the all black ones, the details pop off with this colorway. They are also very comfortable.

@@eizengaSame with me and the women’s colorway is better that the dusk. If the dusk had a cream 23 and Nike air it would’ve been legendary
I just got my Dawn pair in and they are not better than the Dusk pair. All hype on the black pair. As soon as I opened the box I knew they won’t be worn much if at all. They are more of an everyday wear but that is it. I somewhat regret the purchase and the 5 is my favorite model.

They are more grey than they appear in pictures and the creasing is pretty bad. I wish I had tried for the black pair instead.
This is similar to black cars, the black color doesn’t allow for all the details to be shown. These Dawns are my preferred choice! 👍🏼
One of my favorite 5s to release outside of the Off White collection. The shape and slimmed down version is awesome! Makes my Fire Red 5s look like Tim’s. Love the materials/details as well. Glad I got a pair

Not a fan of the 23 on these joints. My og metallic 5s didn't have the 23. In fact (I'm old as hell), when the 5s started coming out with the 23 I stopped buying Js.
Thanks for the video! Been on the fence but I’m ordering them today. Yup, over the reimagined 4s. It’s not even that it’s a collab. It’s just such a timeless take on the 5. Feels right. On the other hand I’d just be copping the breds coz I’m a collector, but I’ve stopped doing that. No more room and not much money to spend anymore.

Got the dawns in hand, 2 W’s (A.P.B. and AMM), personally would’ve preferred an actual WHITE near but the light grey is cool too. The slimmer build and shorter tongue plus details are what drew me to it. Never really been a fan of wearing Jordan 5’s but these are nice. Not 2 pairs nice but nice. Dawns>Dusk but only bc I prefer white/light colored sneakers

thinner ankle collar is a huge win by itself, and it's a really dope colorway. i just know i won't wear it enough to justify that retail price tag tbh... also lacelocks LOL
If your Nike air logo from the insole wears off in just one wear. You have some chemical feets. My Nike air logo or Jordan logo from all my shoe stay clean even if I wear them every day for months
Nice video love seeing more and more content and thoughts on the AMM Jordan 5 Dawn….especially while we wait and wait for the Dusk color to ship, but all in time. Now you know the AMM collabs always stay true to the OG Nike branding which I think is a plus. Looks nice seeing that again on the 3, 4, and 5 especially the way AMM puts these sneakers together with the story they’re telling. Clean pair. I’ll probably double up later in 2024 as the resale price settles.

It did look cream in images but the actual shoe is more of a gray-blue. I feel like I was swindled but I still like them. I think I would have liked them more in a cream/ off white though.

As someone with wide feet, I am hesitant about getting the pair as I would need to go to a Nike store and figure out what size is compatible with my 11 W size.
I copped mine on the 17th from the A Ma website, still haven’t shipped. I know they say they are having delays but no other update, how long do they expect people to wait? especially when we paid $20 shipping.

I like them. Still need the fire red 5's though. I like the fact they're not going 2 much over retail. They look better with the sail laces which I'm salty about because now I have to find another pair of sail laces to put in my Air Max 1 krss 💖

It was nike branding until the Jordan 6. From Jordan 7, it became its own brand.

All the older retroes from 2011 and back definitely had thinner materials and 1990 was also not thick the OGs where thinner on the sock linner i think the wolf greys 2011 where the last release with the thinner liner

I really like the slimmed down ankle collar, just makes this look like a really unique shoe. Agreed that lace locks are just in the way. I like that they are included, but into the box they go😂
6:45 Brand Jordan started in 97 with the 13. But jordan stopped using visible Nike logos with the 7 (besides the insole)
When originally announced, I knew I wanted the Dawns. Was lucky enough to cop 2 pairs and so happy I have them. It was a quick un DS and now have become one of my favs from my entire collection.

I do love 5s. I definitely feel like the Dusk pair is the better of the two. I didn’t get either of them though. I did however hit on the Gratitude 11 shock drop, The Kobe Reverse Grinch shock drop (I know… crazy right) and I picked up the Fears. Kind of an iconic shoe and you can’t go wrong with gray and orange together
