Same. That was annoying, why did they take it in like that? If it was a ghost storyline, he would have appeared on others days just not on the anniversary of his death. Makes me wonder if they even watched this.
The ghost thing definitely doesn't make sense. Especially since Bart wasn't even dead. I'm more annoyed with the whole he faked his death only to die again like 30 seconds later 🤣
I think some people took Bart's appearance in season 3 too literally, he wasn't a ghost he was a figment of Chuck's imagination, wondering what he would think of him and then deciding he didn't want to be like him anyway.
I don't know about anyone else but I actually liked Eva. She was so kind and sweet. She did not deserve what Blair did to her. Framing her like that. Blair was just jealous that Chuck no longer wanted her. The story of Chuck's mom was a mess. It was all over the place. I think Chuck was better off without Elizabeth. Chuck has his mom and its Lily. What about Vanessa's mom. We never see or hear anything about her after Season 3.
@@AirQuotes Blair claimed she no longer wanted Chuck and she isn't in love with him anymore but here she is sabotaging his relationship. Like what did Eva do to you Blair? Blair is forgetting that Eva is the reason Chuck is alive.
This show became so rushed, forgot about so many of its story lines and I actually got bored of Serena "falling in love" in every season. With that being said, was this my comfort show? Oh heck yes
Actually there's a cool Easter egg about Olivia in the final. In the 5 years later scene we see a poster for a movie about Ivy dickens staring Olivia as Ivy.
It's maybe because blair is always projecting an extroverted, confident, and powerful persona and only allows herself to be vulnerable with the ones she trusts.
Also they explained Dan wasn't the real dad she tricked him this isn't a valid entry. What do you want them to do with a baby on the show, mentioning him one or twice is sufficient
I wish Blair's eating disorder had been more explored, they didn't spend a lot of time addressing any serious problems the characters had. Blair's disorder is referenced no more than 3 times. When Juliet drugged Serena and made it seem like she was back to using they addressed it seriously even though Serena was not actually responsible, yet when Serena does start doing drugs again herself it's not really mentioned, and it ends up with her meeting a new guy and isolating herself from her friends with the start of season 6. Chuck's sexual harassment/attempted rape of Jenny in season 1 isn't something he apologises for until season 4! Sloppy writing honestly. If you're going to redeem a character like Chuck you have to make it personal and self reflective not just "oh he loves Blair so he's different now".
I think Chuck actually apologized to Jenny in season 2. When Rufus and Lily were getting serious Jenny said she would never move in with Lily because that meant living with Chuck who she was still uncomfortable with and Chuck then apologized to her and said he would move out so as to give her space
@@jamierichardson4716 Couldn't stand Jenny and her holier-than-thou attitude. She acted like she was so much better than Chuck when in reality she was no better. Jenny did her fair share of horrible things too so don't treat Jenny like some kind of saint.
@@RealTalk1411 Oh I do NOT like Jenny either, she was easily my worst character followed by Dan. I was just addressing the original comment that was talking about Chuck apologizing to Jenny, which I do believe was necessary.
@@jamierichardson4716 Yes the apology was necessary but there were times when Jenny deserved none. I hated Dan. He always made Jenny out to be some kind of victim when she wasn't. Like when she and Chuck slept together. Dan, Rufus and even Eric laid the blame solely on Chuck as if Jenny wasn't a willing participant. Its like in their eyes Jenny does no wrong.
Blair- Queen of schemes. Serena- Queen of style. Chuck- King of bad boys. Nate- King of good boys. Dan- King of writers. Jenny- Queen of being hated by fans.
I don’t actually think that Bart was to be a ghost. I think that was suposted to be Chuck mind. He was talking to him self, but with his father image. Because Chuck was afraid and his father ghost, was actually, his mind
Mojo didn't get that Chuck being shot DID have a resolution... The ring ended up back at Harry Winston where Blair saw it as she was getting outfitted for a date with the Prince. The thieves came to Paris because Prague was too small to try to fence the ring and Harry Winston employees knew that Chuck Bass purchased it. The corpse in the morgue first thought to be Chuck was one of the thieves. What more is there? We need to know what became of the other thief? Really? Just weird to include this in their list.
I think season 3 was also good then it completely dropped off the last 3 seasons . It’s so weird to me how I could love a show so much at first then end up hating it so much lol
I always thought Bart Bass coming back in season 3 was a figment of Chucks imagination or drunken delusions of what Bart would think of him
Yeah, calling Bart a ghost is hilarious
Same it was obviously a figment of his imagination
I always thought he was hallucinating, like schizophrenic type thing

He wasn’t a ghost he was a hallucination... there’s no supernatural in the show lol
Exactly! This is so dumbb
Blair eating disorder was an interesting storyline.
It was
They kind of bring it up a couple of times after, but it doesn't get discussed much for sure.

the blairs eating disorder and the stroyline of chucks mom needed more conclusion and more details

It wasnt barts ghost it was chuck hallucinating
Milo Sparks has since appeared in the new Gossip Girl as a student of St Judes
Yes he was a genius and probably skipped some grades
Did y'all notice that they made blair weaker when she was with chuck or any guys.
I believe that was the idea, to make a point that she didn't need them
It's maybe because blair is always projecting an extroverted, confident, and powerful persona and only allows herself to be vulnerable with the ones she trusts.

The whole scott storyline was bad. It was a plot twist from a bad telenovela

Serena- Queen of style.
Chuck- King of bad boys.

Only fan that liked Jenny lol
We have to accept that the Humphreys were absolutely annoying the least of them was Rufus but the last season he was insufferable
I would say Blair is queen of schemes and style. I'm not usually obsessed with what Serena wears but Blair's style will always shine.
@@fernandaperez6684 yesss I completely agree, the Humphrey’s were absolutely the worst characters and they all got worse as time went on

Seasons 3-6 were a consistent decline in GG’s bad storylines. Scott’s storyline is the only one I wanted to see more of.
Season 4 was good with Juliet

This was such a preposterous show but the cast had so much chemistry and it was very entertaining😀. Chuck and Blair forever❤
How are these abandoned storylines? One or two of them are but the rest of the other ones played themselves out
Scott could have been one of the best characters, it’s sad he only appeared in few episodes
Yeah because his brother died and that’s why his parents want Scott
A Gossip Girl Supernatural crossover would be an awesome one.

Now I wonder if the storylines in the books were more consistent.
