Why did he purchase boot first
Combination of his immobility and short range autos. He likes to be able to escape ganks with the extra ms + summoners but also moving fast enough to fourth shot. Also, the 4 pots are an added bonus to help lane.
Boots on Jhin are valued differently than on other champs. Since it allows him to reposition for fourth shot easier and he gets ms for landing w and crits. But also ms actually translates to raw damage for him as his passive provides bonus ad that scales a little with ms, fourth shot execute damage also scales with ms. It’s why jhin almost always gets swiftness boots. They are the highest in combat speed boots in the game which makes them the best for him unless he really needs to counter something on the enemy team.
Deaths dance should have never been added back. Remove it again permanently

@@aboodabood7443 I know I’m not the op but personally I would never get rapid earlier than 3rd item. If you have a huge lead you can push it to 4th or later so you can get ie but usually rapid allows you to be super safe. It doesn’t add that much damage but the move speed and range is massive for 4th poking. So unless there is a huge problem on the enemy team I think you can safely auto buy rapid 3rd.

@@aboodabood7443 rekkles has a video explaining jhin builds and I think what he says there is really informative, rapid fire second is good since you can get IE 3rd for the item's passive and that extra range auto but you deal less damage at 2 items, overall I guess it's dependant on the game but I don't play jhin enough to go into detail.
