Nikki Sixx's Career Journey

On December 11, 1958, Frank Carlton Serafino Feranna Jr. was born in San Jose, California.
He was adopted the stage name Nikki Sixx.
Sixx developed a passion for music.
Sixx joined Blackie Lawless' Sister for the first time, After being let go from Sister, Sixx and his bandmate Lizzie Grey started the group London in 1978.
A number of demos were made, but Sixx soon left to start his own heavy metal band. With drummer Tommy Lee, guitarist Mick Mars, and singer Vince Neil, Sixx formed Mötley Crüe in 1981.
Sixx worked on his own projects in the interim.
Sixx began hosting Sixx Sense, a radio programme that is nationally syndicated, in 2010.
He also pursues photography and the band Sixx:AM as side projects.
