It just seems as though unless you come up with some enterprise level software, no one is going to buy. Even if it's a physical item they NEED. I'm only seeing digital/softwares actually selling. Another thing I'd be interested in learning about is how to start a business as an established adult. Not some high school or university child who has a mommy daddy safety net and an abundance of free time. My personal challenges are all time based. I work long shifts as an aircraft maintenance technician so the whole "only sleep 3-4 hours/night" is not only stupid but also dangerous in my situation. Another challenge is pure FEAR. I've worked so hard to make it to a 6 fig salary. Most businesses in my home state are only making 40-60k a year. All of this is so terrifying and im not sure how people can make anything happen unless they have rich friends and family and have an abundance of time (unemployed) to do the research and think of a product.

I'm positive you're not working 24/7 as an aircraft maintenance technician. Hard truth - track your time for a whole week. Sacrifice days off to begin building your business and more importantly, stop making excuses for yourself. Sounds childish as an "established adult". HARD TRUTH
This was a very insightful video. As a virtual assistant/business owner, I have been on the verge of shutting things down after 4 years of existance. This framework is good rebrand/rebuild of my business.

What struck me the most is how you said, 59:00 "My product that I'm building is actually the business... You are now the customer to your business and you are saying, "Here are my pain points, and I want a business that serves me as a product and the whole business as a product. And then you look in terms of how you're going to start moving all the pieces of the puzzle inside the business to build that sort of product or service for you."" I recognize the need to build a business that runs itself while I'm away... but THAT was a wonderful way of framing it.

I am actually looking at your videos. one of the things that I would really love to reiterate is you are helping a lot of starting entrepreneurs or entrepreneurs who are restarting. I know very well that your channel can grow easily to 100k. Be positive about it and you can also shift your content into even a more positive or at least like this one, affirmative title because it has to do with our reticular activating system. So all the more you talk about success and building a growth in business or wherever, the more it also grows. That's one of my learnings as it is our own internal embodiment before external things happen on the 3D. Anyways, thank you so much on posting this one and keep it up. you'll reach the 100k subs for sure. Just keep putting a content even once a month.

This is by far one of the most comprehensive business masterclasses I have watched. It makes me sad for all the other rubbish business classes I’ve spent time and money & on. As a senior in corporate tech and avid scholar, the information in this video is 100000% relatable. I’m trying my hardest not to give into buying his business coaching and just implement what has been shared in this video.

There IS a lot of information out there and sadly a lot of it isn't up to par, but we're committed to making sure that everything we create supports business owners from the ground up. Why not focus on a niche from start? I'm thinking of developing micro saas products that solve specific problems that need a solution and are viable businesswise. I can focus on that niche and target it very efficiently through social networks don't you think?

I really enjoyed this Masterclass. Thank you. Can I ask? As far as after-sale goes, I understand why it's important to have customers come back to you. But what do you do if the expectation of repeat business is (hopefully) not realistic, like in the wedding industry?
After-sales isn't just about repeat business, it is also about setting up a feedback process, referrals system and ways in which your warm and happy customers can continue to rave about you. So think about what you can set up to apply to your business

What's your business idea? My suggestion would be that you take the time to research and understand your proposition alongside learning as much as you can about business. If your idea is credible and solving a real market problem, then see what you can do to get started. Experience does come with age but no reason why you can't start laying the groundwork!

How much feasible is it for a person to think about starting a business who is having literally no capital, salary just not enough to pay the monthly bills and only 3 hours a day free time?
I'd like to read any media content about the story of your business collapsing and the company not honouring the contract and not paying you. When I google your name all that comes up is stuff to do with your business mentoring
