Looking fantastic, my 5th start is going smashingly well. Farms are productive 91% Approval. Close call with another Fire, but genius move, deleted the building, no fire spread! Your Region is looking great, I am starting to get some spagettification on my roads as I did not stick to my Round city layout :S. LOL. Awesome build man, keep rocking!

That´s how I do it too, one town only. Unfortunately that does require me to choose two preset perks every time, the market ones. As for efficiency I know from chatting with the author of this video in a different forum that he would hate my towns, I make Detroit look pretty, I am all about pragmatism.
Market perks are just too strong IMO
@@TheOnlyL0nzY Yeah, that second perk is way too good for a single region and since region trading isn´t fleshed out it´s pretty much a necessary perk, unless you enjoy the painful regional trading that is currently in place. I don´t.
