Very happy to see this game getting love. I'm looking forward to using it to help with addition and multiplication facts. Plus some Geography and Civics thrown in. :)
Thank you so much for this review! Could you please tell me if this is the best USA Elections gameboard? Are there others that have more strategy? I really want to know, because I want to play an Elections board game so badly, but I want the best one. This one already looks really cool, and I was thinking that in the end of the game the winner gives a spontaneous 15-30 second winning speech, to make it more fun and family friendly.
This is a great one that is light on rules, but is also educational. If you're looking for more involved strategic one, check out Campaign Trail - They are opening up late pledges soon and my preview video is towards the bottom of the campaign page - www.kickstarter.com/projects/152730994/campaign-trail-second-edition-and-green-party-expansion
You might wat to see if you can track down a copy of Campaign Manager 2008 -- a much more interesting and thematic game, but still playable with young children (my boy at 10 loved it -- it is designed for two, but we play in my house with teams). This one seems very simple with a pasted on theme.
It is meant for kids to help learn while they play! But the choices are definitely good as to which states to go for when and how to combine the dice for longer term strategies.
Thank you so much for explaining! It's easier to understand when I see it and can now play with my kiddos.
You're welcome Jai! I'm glad it helped!

Is there a "electoral senate & congressman" version of this game
This is a game for children right?
