How adjustable is the handle/arm? I'm having a heck of a time finding a straight handle for my 4th arrow tree arm. 4th Arrow makes a video head, but it has the standard angled handle for some reason. Going to buy some aluminum round stock soon and make my own, but I'd buy this thing in a heart beat if it's long enough to attach my camera remote, and can be set straight or slightly up. Thanks for making a great video!
You have a ton of adjustment with this handle from slanted up, strait back or all the way down and everything in between. You can also use this Aziak Carbon handle with the VA-5 if you prefer not having a bend in the Handle. You'll also save a little weight. sandsarchery.com/collections/lightweight-tripods/products/aziak-carbon-fiber-tripod-head-replacement-handle
Does the spotting scope locks on the frame you’re seeing when you tighten the pan knob? Or does it shift a little? When in high magnification even a slight shift loses the target
The bino adapter is the Swarovski UTA. It will work on this video head with out a plate added to it. But it also has a spot in the bottom for a plate. Thanks for Watching
I've found that for the weight of this head paired with one of our lightweight tripods, Im still able to run my A7Siii with a 200-600 mm lens. Obviously there is going to be more stable setups, but for the weight hard to beat.
Can you also shoot off it? Looking for an arca mount that can do both spotter and shoot off of.
Never thought sometimes live can be that easy😉
Nice.
You talked me into it.
But when will 624 s be back in stock???
You'll like the VA-5 its pretty darn solid. It looks like we will be getting some 624's about the 2nd week of April.

We've tested a ton of heads and the VA-5 is our favorite because of it's performance. It locks great and is very easy to use.
Thanks guys for several months I've been trying to get this answer 🙏🙏.
Looks awesome! Great review! What Slik Carbon Tripod is it mounted to?
It is mounted on the 624, which is only available through S&S.
Which bino adapter/plate is that in video ?

Great video mate, is the arm removable?
Yes you can remove the arm completely
WOULD YOU PUT Y MIRRORLESS FULL FRAME + A 70-200 AND EVT A NINJA 5 ON IT ?

Good Review, Have you tried the Leofoto BV-5 Fluid Video Head? How does it Compare to the VA-5 Head?
A part montrer que ça tourne bien de gauche à droite, rien d'autre n'est expliqué ... pas très utile comme viseo
