In order to get Bluetooth working you have to unplug the green yellow and brown/black wire harness otherwise that tells the controller to read from display.
You need to unplug harness # 9 for the Bluetooth to work and get readings, Its a white plug connected together with brown, yellow, black and a green wire. Don't forget to plug it back together after you are done saving the settings. It's on the Sabvoton website.
I have had that exact same issue with the sabvoton. firstly both 'TX' and 'RX' must be flashing (displayed data will also refresh - values will change when you move the throttle as well). I had the exact same issue with a 72V 80A controller, send it back as I was able to get it to run on throttle, but it very quickly died and I never got data (i used the shorts correctly) I have now got new issues, 96100 model (svmc) it will run a hall test at 1amp or less, over 1 amp and the overcurrent protection comes on. It does connect and the only issue I see is that the throttle current mid cannot be set to anything as it reverts to '0.02' Any help is appreciated with this

@Dot Esh what do you need to know? If get the little plug that goes in place of screen that will allow connect computer. Personally I don't like these connectors due to fact hard to work on and seem to have issues all time. Only way to fix is replace hole cable
@B Elite Rider Im not 100% where you can get that part as the one I used was brought along by customer I was fixing the bike for. Im sure if contact some1 who sells the screen and controller setup they would be able to sell you 1 or point you in right direction. I know QS motors guys deal in the sabvoton controllers so msby they can help .
Hi I'm first timer with this Bluetooth controller 72100 I tryed 4 diffrent android phone with no luck I just conect power and phase wires red led and green flashing, white 3 wire communication to display disconnected and no display. Plus I tryed to laptop with data wier comes with but still no luck any help would be very nice thank u
You have to Partially disconnect the display….it will be 3wires…the display will say communications error…that’s when you can get into the system….if you don’t Partially disconnect the display….it will not allow you to program it.
how far can you reduce the maximum speed on the display? and does it also apply to the throttle grip? that I only turn it down to 6 km / h so that it becomes legal
Hi I need help, just finally done a hall test (disconnected the 3 pin connector) the hall test went OK - no faults but I have no power going to my throttle, I've checked the voltage levels with min being at 1.5v and max being 5v, if this is OK what else could it be? I plan on checking the throttle connections and wires after I've had some sleep, any suggestions to a solution will be appreciated ?
That's NOT what it is, It's a DELFAST controller. All credit for that controller goes to DELFAST Ukraine. It's been licensed to many companies. Don't feel bad if you didn't know. I'm an IEEE and have to know these kinds of things or be looked down on and live in shame.
Je sais que tes français donc jte parle en français mais moi j'ai reçu mon sabvoton svmc72150 et tu vois jai pas encore le moteur mais je ne peut me connecter sur le pc et peu tu maidez car enfaîte comme toi sur lappli du pc mqcon bein j'ai que le tx qui clignote et pas le rx est apparemment il faut que le rx et tx clignote si il y a que le tx comme toi et moi c'est que aucune info est envoyer ou reçu du contrôleur donc esque ta réglez le problème car la moi je sais pas comment faire la je vais bientôt recevoir ma clé usb bluetooth et on verra sur l'appli android mais a tu une solution car la je sèche par contre mon moteur n'est pas connecter car je l'ai pas encore reçu mais bon je devrais pouvoir le contrôler sur le pc quand même... merci ;)

@@botbotlane6129 moteur je suis passer par un fournisseur enfin directement la marque donc ça va être compliquer et le controleur jai contacter la marque aussi mais tu peux aller voir sur Aliexpress..

You must set up 15amp min. In the scale upper the hall test button field ( sabvotons are lovley brutal fast :-) )

hon,needto unplug the lcd scdeen .Plug the green terminator plug inhto it instead,.and now will work ,cheers

What if I have e a solid green light? It doesn't flashgreentelli g me an error code it's just a green light stays on

What phone are u using I tryed 5 diffrent android 3 Samsung and 2 huweii phone but can't find the Bluetooth!!!
